Super Collection O Mythri Hotel

Our experience with this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. We had booked three rooms in advance--one of which was checked in a day earlier than the other two. Upon arrival, we found the room in a filthy state, with hair all over the floor and bedsheets, clearly indicating poor housekeeping standards. For the remaining two rooms, we had a confirmed booking through Booking.com and had even visited the hotel two weeks prior to reconfirm. Despite this, we were shockingly denied our rooms upon arrival. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations for our large group early in the morning, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we later discovered that our rooms had been given away to guests who were willing to pay more than the agreed-upon rate. When we confronted the staff, they were extremely rude and dismissive. When asked why they accepted bookings if they had no rooms available, the response was a careless, "It's not my problem." Such unprofessionalism and unethical behavior are unacceptable. This hotel's management clearly prioritizes profit over customer commitment, and I would strongly advise against booking a stay here.

Rooms was good and regular cleaning is done everyday. Great value for money. Good for solo travellers.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite confirming my booking multiple times, the staff was not only unhelpful but also rude, and we were denied the rooms we had reserved. It was clear that they were more focused on money than on providing good service. Additionally, the rooms themselves were not worth the price at all.

The only plus point of the hotel is , it's in prime location. Apart from that there is nothing good about the hotel. Firstly there response will turn rude once they know that you have made a booking through OYO. The rooms reek of cigarette stench. I feel the same in corridors. AC is not working. No proper electricity. Stained walls and bedsheets. The washrooms are a disaster. Broken commodes/sinks. Dirty flooring . And on top of that the commode placement was too high and it makes very uncomfortable to poop. Overall not all satisfied with the place and will not recommend to anyone .

Disappointing Stay at Mythri Hotel I checked in at *Mythri Hotel* near *ECIL, AS Rao Nagar, Sainikpuri* on *January 3, 2025*, through *OYO booking* (ID: *H0UU9402*). Unfortunately, my experience was subpar and disappointing in many aspects. The *hotel manager* was proud and uncooperative, which made my stay even more frustrating. The room itself had several issues, including: - *TV was not working* - *WiFi connection was very poor* - *Lift was not available on the 4th and 5th floors* - *Corridors were dark* - *Room had a bad smell* Adding to the frustration, after making the payment via *OYO*, the hotel manager threatened me, saying that there was nothing I could do once the money had been transferred. The behavior of the staff was completely unprofessional. On top of all this, the service from *OYO* was extremely poor. This experience reflects badly on their reputation in the hospitality industry. 1. Room and Facilities: Despite booking an AC room, I was given a AC room where AC is not working and with no proper facilities. The lights, AC, and TV were not working. 2. Hygiene Issues: The room reeked of cigarette smoke, cockroaches making the stay uncomfortable. 3. Overall Maintenance: The hotel was in a terrible state, far from the standards expected from an OYO property.

Cons: Careless response from staff. AC won't work correctly. Water leakage from AC. Avg maintainance in rooms.

I booked 18 rooms for my daughters marriage there service is good and they have space for breakfast for , other side family so happy due to large rooms and anytime hotwater. We saw nearby hotels which are offering lower pricing but there rooms are like a matchbox size.
