OYO Hotel Swiss Legrand

Horrible experience with oyo when we booked room at discount price after reaching there the owner asked to pay 500 extra for everyone. So bad response from oyo staff and from owner. Not recommend this to anyone don't ever go .

One of the worst staff I have ever seen. They wanted me to pay them rather than the Oyo company. Asked me not to pay through Oyo saying they won't get the money right away as it takes a month for it to reach them. I paid double the money as I had no other option. Regarding the place - filthy, not clean and reminded me of some local hotel. Staff - they treated me as if I did something wrong to the room boy. I'm paying for the room, so you should be a bit respectful of the least friendly. The only thing he was so good about was to make sure I check out fast. Pictures are misleading. Don't GO WITH FAMILY because as a bachelor I couldn't be fine with it. I advise Oyo to take serious action against this particular hotel as I have been to Oyo before and this was the worst.

Worst place ever. Please don't booking this hotel .Don't come with family .It's not a hotel, it's a garbage can. If anyone has been to the health officer, go and have a look and seal it please

Actually the oyo price has shown 450/ for 12 hrs at night, so I booked online and after I went there, they are saying that there is no service available at that price then whose mistake is this. is it mine.? Who created oyo and booked it for the 1st time.

One of the worst Stay I have ever seen. Most disgusting staff, unhygienic toilets and bathroom, no room service, TV & WiFi is not working, providing old towel having bad odours. Besides you'll get broken charging sockets, switches.

No option to grade 0, hence giving 1. Wonder who gave 4 points. Was dumbfounded when walked into the room with my family. Don't go by the photos, the hotel has posted. Basics of hotel room is missing. Sanitisation is far from reality here.

Not cleaned , looks old bathroom is very small.. u can't even stand in it properly, I stayed there for a day but yes the bed was good enough to sleep , and tv doesn't work there .

Extremely disappointed. The tap given is defected with water coming out of all sides. The doormat is dirty. The wifi is not working. Don't book this hotel.
