OYO 35462 Svs Luxury Rooms

Too messy rooms , and the manager one who is sitting in the reception is rude and bad conduct with Guests . Stinky rooms and Aircon not at all working full of drama setup experienced with this poor property..

Have booked room via OYO..Front office service was good. Allocated room was not properly ventilated and full of cigarette Smell. Asked to change the room, responded after one hour. We were not provided with OYO compliments till we have asked them. Overall rating can be given as 1 Star.

Loved this place. Good room service, maintenence is too good. - Services with and without A/C - Rooms are alloted hours based and also days based. (400/- per person for an hour) - Also have good spot for pictures and all. A great view of city is also a Plus point. - Rooms won't disappoint u for sure. - Tea Room service is also available. You really gonna have a great time there....Please do Visit

C class hotel n C bloody class OYO ... never book this hotel... The Property manager Vishnu and Revanti was very very rude at the time of Check in.... I Booked rooms through OYO n the hotel refused to give us the check in stating that the prize given by Oyo was very less.... I booked 6 rooms as we had a wedding at home and we had to pay 20,000 extra to accommodate all my guest's because of this silly issue by the hotel and the silly response by the OYO customer care.... OYO was ready to provide me another property which was more than 17 kms far from my place.... why the hell will I book these rooms if I had to take my guest 17 more KM's far away from my place.... They had another property nearby 3kms but they refused to give me that property.... all my guest had to wait for more than 2 hours and still OYO didn't resolve the issue.... The hotel staff is soo damn rude that as if they are the only hotel in the universe.... water bottle wasn't provided in the room, Toiletry Kit wasn't provided, AC's aren't working properly, Hell lot of water leakage in the washroom by which the water is coming in the room and This was told to the hotel staff and still they took 1 complete day to Change the room for my guest.... For sure we are gona file a case in consumer court against OYO for fooling us....

Don't waste your money, room are not maintain , bathroom r not cleaned , staff behaviour also very rude ..there is no restaurant in this hotel , u bring your from outside ,, bad smell in room , lift is not working ..if it's 500 rupees then also I not recommended any one ...don't go in this hotel ..

It my humble request to each and every one, I have booked the hotel from Goibio and while i approached the hotel they are saying No rooms are available this is purely rediculus. And they are blamming the Goibibo that they are not updated they are maintaing the hotel and they are blamming the goibibo internation nation service this is what they are, Staff is purely overhead weighted, they will behave like its ur concern about the booking, if they are not updated whay they are tiedup with that why they are making some MOU with that app. Very worst behaviour if there is Zero star i can accomidate with that for sure..

The worrest hotel in my life time I am visiting worrest staff they are taking money and showing attitude after taking money if you want to stay are not they are insulting in front of my relatives after taking money please don't come to this hotel if you are bring your family numbers you are inselt cheaf staff they are not well educated please don't come

Much pathetic hotel , service are completely bad , rude behaviour of staff, No discount . Very rigid in rules & regulations. No food service, No drinking water Much costlier apart from other You will not get Bill with GST.(unfair work)
