The hotel room has a great location and spacious, clean rooms. However, the bathrooms could be improved in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. On a positive note, the functioning AC and well-connected area contribute to a comfortable stay. Those conscious about hygiene, kindly carry a bedsheet with you.

Overall worst experience. Out of 6 rooms we booked, only 1 has geyser working and 2 does not have water supply. No room service and no cleaning at all. Scary lift without door sensors. Very dangerous to board such lifts with luggage and kids. Felt cheated and irritated for all the little time we spent there. Highly regrettable hotel to stay. No dressing mirror & exhaust fan. Only good part was creaky cot to lie down and working AC. Forgot to mention, happily roaming cockroaches which are everywhere.

Rats munch on your food and live in the beds (yes, on top of your bed). Bedsheets and pillows are not changed after one's stay (I saw a used soap by the previous user on the bed under the pillow. ) the room REEKS and smells bad. The lifts are manual and risky with no doors. With all these problems, they forced us to pay full amount while checking in itself. Very very very horrible experience, if you want to stay here, stay at your own risk. Do your diligent examination prior to paying. I personally wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Worst hotel . No sense of cleanliness. Cockroaches crawling every where. Walls full of fungus. The water coming out of taps had green algae floating. See attached photos for this disgusting place. Rooms have no ventilation. the reception doesn't even bother picking up calls. Paid extra money as they did not accept the Oyo initial booking money.this room is not even worth 300/-, but ended up paying 800. The only saving grace was that geyser and AC were working. Better to sleep in footpath rather than this place. pathetic disgusting Oyo! If this is the quality of their flagship hotel, we can only imagine how rest of their hotels will be!

Please don't go this cheap hotel. All reviews are fake or paid reviews. They are charging extra amount at check in time and hospitality is very bad. Rooms are dirty as well as they are not providing room service also. Location was good but staff was unprofessional.

Very dirty rooms with cockroaches roaming all around. Unusable bathrooms. Front staff very rude and unfriendly. Dirty water from geyser and in taps. Wardrobe fell down when touched. Please don't go here. It is too dirty

Worst experience at Oyo till date. This Oyo was really pathetic. I went with my family for two days, they dint even provided drinking water. When I asked for cold drinking water the lady at the reception mentioned in a rude way that we don't provide cold drinking water. I was amazed to hear that people in summer don't provide cold water to customers. Such a stupidity. Again, for food, we asked for spoons, that also they told tat they don't have. Imagine the condition of servicing people. No clean bathrooms and worst service management. I totally give a big NO to stay at this Oyo especially.

The manager is very argumentative and rude. We went to book 20 rooms for wedding purpose then he kept on insisting to go back n rethink n book as there will be cancellations. We understand that and we said non refundable amount is also ok because of the uncertainty involved. We said to give us the quotation then he was making a mess about only allowing 2 people in room. We said we will pay for extra bed. Then we said this is bad customer service. He said he is educated and if we want we can complain to customer review.we said we will do it. Finally he said go find other rooms. This is disgusting. Bad mark on oyo brand.
