Hotel O SRH luxury Rooms

Great location. Clean room. But very few amenities. No water kettle, coffee/tea in rooms. No attached pantry or kitchen. Coffee had to procured from outside. Water pressure in the shower/flush was very low. I think Oyo needs to produce better amenities to charge 1k+ for this room.

In Tariff's point of view this Hotel is excellent but nothing is seriously done like the gst bill ,there was no water in the hotel to use for bath room for more than 3 hours in the entire Hotel.You did not received a bill immediately in hard copy After check out of hotel ,they send it via what's app after 2 to 3 hours

I booked 2 rooms for 4 guests for the 9th at this property through OYO. After a long 600 km drive, my friends and I arrived only to be told by the receptionist that there were no rooms available. Despite having a confirmed booking ID from OYO, the staff insisted that all rooms were sold out. When we asked to speak to the property owner, the person he connected us with was extremely arrogant. He bluntly informed us there were no rooms and even shouted at us to leave the property, challenging us to "do what we can." At the same time, a lady guest at the reception faced a similar issue and was also denied a room despite having a confirmed booking. This property's management lacks any semblance of business ethics and resorts to street language while interacting with guests. The owner behaved like a thug, denying rooms to ladies at night despite their confirmed bookings. We later discovered that they sold the rooms to walk-in guests or another group at a higher rate. I strongly advise not to choose this property under any circumstances, as you may deeply regret it.

I am booked in this property frequently couple of month because this perticular property are very close distance from secunderabad railway station and property are very clean and hygiene they also known how to run a hospitality they also take care of all guest so I recommend to everyone for make a booking in this perticular property while you decide stay at nearby secunderabad railway station
