Hotel O Lake view

I would have given a zero if I had the option, we booked a nearby oyo online but since we reached late it was night they asked us to move in here at Lake view, when tried to check in, at the reception they were adamant that they want both my husband and my id cards, my husband had his original adhaar card on him but mine was m adhaar which they refused to accept, we waited for over an hour with our small baby late at night with no place else to go, eventually after a lot of arguments the guy at the reception said that if we pay directly and check in they can accept the ID proof, he could have told us this before but he rather chose to make us wait, it was a pathetic experience, after going inside the room finally we noticed they haven't cleaned it properly, we called them and they cleaned the floor and did dusting as there was a lot of dust settled and we couldn't keep our belongings until it was cleaned, the AC outlet was dripping inside the bathroom next to the commode, we asked for drinking water bottles which they should provide but first they said they don't have cool water, the next day when we asked the same guy at the reception said they don't have water at all, he was very blunt and didn't care weather the customers stay or not, the cleaning and maintenance was pathetic, my advice please avoid this place at all costs. Lots of small cockroaches everywhere due to poor cleaning and maintenance and you would see all kinds of unmarried guys and girls partying and playing music till late night and the music can be heard loud as the rooms are very close to each other.
