Outstanding Experience at Hotel Kass - A Birthday party to Remember! We have recently hosted a birthday celebration in Hotel Kass, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The banquet hall was absolutely stunning -- elegant decor, perfect lighting, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. What truly stole the show, though, was the food. All our guests truely appreciated the food.Every dish served was a masterpiece -- flavorful, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. From the starters to the desserts, the variety was impressive and catered to all taste buds. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation showed the kitchen's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable, ensuring that every guest felt special and well taken care of throughout the event. Thank you the Team Kass for making this event a memorable one.

Food was good. Not a wowww but good. We ordered lemon coriander soup, kurkure paneer and paneer biryani.. lemon coriander soup was full of garlic. It would have been better if they called it garlic soup. Starters were good and biryani ok. Apricot delight was the cherry on the cake. It was yummy with the right amount of sugar. Neither too sweet nor too less. Service was pathetic. No one was in a mood to attend. Delayed service and not prompt. Ambience was quiet and friendly.

Pleasant ambience, need to try spl south indian dishes & as well as nasha bar which having fusion kind of cocktail as we can have customised cocktail where is not available in other places, with expertise bartender.. Just try & chill

I tasted their mutton biryani and it was sweet, I'm not kidding it's not worth it. The mutton pieces weren't cooked out of all the pieces probably 2 were cooked so if your thinking of ordering it. Don't

Took my wife here for a lunch on her birthday hoping it is a decent place. Bad luck, found a cockroach fully cooked and fried in the egg fried rice. I was in very bad confusion and was not able create any disturbances as it was my wife's birthday. I decently wrote a letter about what happened and gave it to the staff. So far it's been more than a year and I have not heard back from them. At least sharing my experience would help other consumers I felt.

Everything is awesome the ambience, food, and service. Don't know why the prices when compared with zomato and original menu are nearly 100 rs different. Available in Swiggy dine out. Please check about the service charge before you pay the actual bill. They added me a service charge of rs 75

The food taste is not to the quality like before and corn flour coating is very high and chicken is very low in drum sticks. Initially when I ask the stewrd to sit in 6 seater ,that fellow.told me to sit in 4 eater only. And later on ..on that six seater only 3 people sat. This is worst service ever seen before The restaurant service is worst ..tasteless and late service.

We did our baby cradle ceremony on 21st November in Srirasthu hall, and we opted for veg food. The ambiance of the hall is good and the service is very good. Right from the welcome drink and starters served were very good and tasty. The food is tasty, and my family and cousins liked the food. The staff is very friendly and fulfilled our request professionally. Without a doubt, this place is good for parties and events, and the food they serve is very good. I'd say the best place to celebrate among all the hotels and restaurants in that belt. Good collaboration with the decorators - Srinivas and photographers - Rajeev and his team which made our event more colorful.
