Hotel Elite Stay

No water and proper response rude staff and mostly I felt un educated staff and lots of mosquitoes

As on it show in oyo app but they will not consider the prices of oyo they have their own prices they will not allow for chekin with oyo app prices they will not consider it if ask regarding the issues they will ask us to contact the oyo to solve the problem if oyo try to call hotel elite stay they will not answer the oyo calls they even will not care about customer at resption so better avoid this hotel and rates are also high per day mimum 1500-/ per room so do avoid this hotel it is better and locality is also not good for staying in rating -0000000

After my booking is confirmed in app with Rs 499/- , the receptionist had denied me to check in. Saying that to pay extra amount otherwise to leave from there. I have tried to reach customer support but the call is disconnecting everytime. The worst service ever I had.

After Prebooking and making online payment through this guy have taken Rs 400 extra during check-in. We are not allowed to checkin before we pay 400 extra there.

The booking has been confirmed from oyo and spoke to the hotel receptionist to confirm the same. After reaching the hotel the receptionist denied that the rooms are not available. Very pathetic experience.

Right from checkout they created issue . Denied check in without paying extra money No cleaning was done after repeated telling Electricity was out for more than 3 hours and there was no backup

Very pathetic hotel and the staff does nt have any professionalism. They don't care about the guest and their services are very poor.
