I want to give zero rating but this option not available,I regret to inform you about the deficient services at OYO Alwal Residency, Hyderabad during my 3-day stay: 1. Overcharged 900 despite booking via the OYO app at 600/day--denied check-in until I paid extra. 2. No basic amenities like drinking water & in-house kitchen, contrary to OYO's listing. 3. Unhygienic rooms--pathetic condition. 4. Rude manager, demanding extra money instead of ensuring services. 5. Property not maintaining OYO standards, leaving customers feeling cheated. Request 2,700 refund for extra charges & poor service. Please resolve this. Ajay Kumar

Kindly don't prefer the stay here Staff rude behaviour The room was not given which is in the pics Room were dirty Bed sheet was not clean and stains everywhere No ventilation Taps not working properly There is only small table fan and tv was not working Floor was not clean and sticky There is no proper door lock inside and outside at the door There were condom packets under the bed which is very uncomfortable

Worst service I have faced no clean rooms used bedsheets roude behaviour of staff and asking more money than booking

Worst place and worst hospitality,sigratte buds were thrown here nd there in the corridor,the receptionist guy way of talking nd treating is worst....he almost waited me at the reception for giving the room to me for the reason I booked the room through online. And instead of giving AC room which I booked.he asked me to stay in non AC room for 2 hours and again he charged extra for that.after the argument he replied that you do what ever you what. I raised a complaint on him then he got a call from management then he allowed me......almost 1 hour unwanted disturbance created by the receptionist who is a fair guy sitting over there. Worst place i visited ever.

Hotel maintainence is very bad, even though hotel staff is nice- the hotel atmosphere is not good, 2nd floor construction is still going on and the room we stayed was not cleaned properly. Bed and bedsheets were smelling badly.

I booked AC room, when i reached hotel at around 10 pm. Person at reception given me non AC room. When I asked him for AC room, he started given excuses like adjust tonight, will give you Ac room in the morning. When I insist for AC room then he given AC room. The room was not clean, toilet jet spray broken. Room full of mosquitos, when i asked if he can provide good night or mosquito coil, he denied for it. After check-out, he asked for my mobile to copy some code from OYO app so I opened oyo app and given mobile to him. He not want to copy any code, he given "Excellent" rating by himself. When I asked why he do it, he replied so what happened sir. I said you should provide that type of service to get excellent rating. He started to argue, you not order food from us, only stayed here etc etc. It is very disappointing and I strongly feel that people should not stay here.
