I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially commend the staff for their exceptional service. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and efficient--check-in and check-out were seamless, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping was equally impressive; the rooms were spotless, well-stocked, and maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was calm, elegant, and relaxing--perfect for both work and leisure. A truly pleasant experience that made my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Hotel has an amazing restaurant food exchange and what is more interesting is the staff are so nice and gentle and helpful . Specially for long stayers like me are treated as family . I could take a name tbh bhavya who is a hostess is so helpful caring and professional . Any requests made will be taken care . All of our requests were fulfilled. Desserts were really nice . Food is good and specially I like the live grill on weekends and Friday's . For long stayers like me they would cook any special food on request . I would definitely recommend people to visit this place . All of the staff are so nice I can't take names as there are many . Sai chef and team they are really good . What I would say is just book a weekend and experience yourself . Sourav,usha, rinki,keertana, Vinil are some names we never can forget .....there are more .

The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel - perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at novotel Hyderabad... would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Ecexellent service always, all the staff is well trained and has a servitude! Thanks for all that you do! The ambience is bright and calming, recently I've noticed the menu is expanded and that works for me since an health conscious to cut carbs.

Buffet spread is amazing. Staff is very professional and cater to the requests with promptness. Mr. Beeresh at the buffet was super professional and made sure the dining experience was nothing less than exceptional.|Great variety and ambience.

Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail ensured that every request was taken care of with a smile. She made me feel welcomed and valued, which added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the facilities were top-notch--especially the pool and fitness center. The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient, yet it still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
