OYO HOTEL OUTER INN

Beware! Total Scam I booked 2 rooms at this hotel through the OYO app and paid the full amount upfront. However, when my guests arrived to check in, the hotel staff claimed the rooms were not booked and demanded an additional 1500 per room. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam. I trusted OYO's platform and this hotel to provide a hassle-free experience, but it turned into a nightmare for my guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Don't fall for their tactics!

Worst Room I have seen in my life No one there to care in the reception He came after calling the receptionist 3 times also he is very arrogant and careless he took 1500 for 1 night stay, no water and light in bathroom then I asked the receptionist for the drinking water and light he answered arrogantly that to don't call me just adjust Note: please pay after checking the room and water facility completly

The worst experience I ever had. I booked the hotel online and after I went there they said no room was available and the man said that if I pay 1800 per room he can provide room. Even the management was rude and did not provide any room.

Fraudsters alert! I booked the hotel room in Oyo and paid online, but when I checked in they demanded for additional 1000, I ended up paying 600 extra over the already paid for booking through online, if not for my immediate need I would've never stayed in a scammers place

I booked a room through MakeMyTrip and paid the full amount in advance. However, when I arrived, the hotel management asked me to pay an additional 550 for the room. The hotel staff was very rude, and there was no WiFi facility as promised. Please do not choose this hotel you will regret later.

Don't book it. Terrible experience with hotel owner and Oyo customer care. They both booked but did not accept the booking last minute. Tried to charge me 2k instead of 800 which was the actual charge which they promised.
