Please don't book this hotel online through any online platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or Oyo as they don't take any online hotel bookings. Your payment will get stuck and you will be denied of hotel check in by the hotel. I have suffered it badly.

Faced a terrible experience at the hotel where my check-in was denied despite having a confirmed reservation. The front desk staff was unhelpful and indifferent, leaving me waiting for over an hour with no clear explanation. When I tried to express my frustration, they dismissed my concerns and offered no solutions. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. I felt unwelcome and frustrated. The poor attitude of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel, and I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my entire stay.

Extremely poor service. We booked the rooms paid the amounts in advance.When we came for check in they are saying no rooms. The hotel staffs are extremely bad and rude. I am sure they have given the rooms with extra money to others.you should never trust Oyo rooms n this hotel. They r all thugs. At night 10 we are sitting in the reception with no rooms... Spending time on customer care with no help. Saying lies after lies. Horrible.

Proper cleaning of the room and bathroom is required. A/c and toilet flush out etc , are to be repaired periodically.

Very dirty, unsafe and low quality hotel. Not good for the family stay. Extremely unprofessional staff. We paid for 2 days but after staying the first day we checked out and shifted to another place because this hotel conditions are so pathetic and dirty. Food waste is scattered on the ground floor, exposed electrical fittings, Ac was not working properly, and when asked to look into, they just came and went without doing anything. Not at all recommend this hotel to anyone. OYO will lose their credibility by enrolling such hotels into their system.

No proper staff response for anything. No brushes and paste provided. I had to buy from the shop on my own. Worst experience in the hotel.

I have stayed here . service is worst . they didnt pick calls from intercom even at 08:15 AM no luggage pickup dirty and used , unwashed door mats. you cant step on door mats floor mop has to be changed . floor was sticky as they were using same mop probably since years no towel handle in bathroom. bathroom very very congested

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This hotel is a scam. They took our booking and half in advance. When we reach at the hotel at 10PM with family of kids and ladies they denied about the booking. They denied that they have received any payment. They directed us to oyo and oyo was directing us to hotel. Very pathetic situation. They left ladies and kids on road at 10PM. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Staffs are very unprofessional, rude, unhelpful. No words for this hotel. Just avoid.
