SPOT ON Hotel Grand Inn

TOTAL SCAM! I booked it online and the hotel receptionist was not accepting the booking even after paying online. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR. CARELESS STAFF. Rooms are not that great either. They lure people through online prices, but after reaching there, they ask us to book at hotel with higher amount. Filthy idiots. Wasted my time in the morning.

Never go on this hotels . Always i stay on oyo hotels but this time really totally worsts experience ever. And if you are planning to stay with your friends then this is bot for you . Because staff have restrictions on meeting each other or stay with your friends with you room . You cant go each others room . And i book though calling they booked ac room for us but when we reached hotels they told us you book non ac room . And we cant book ac room though online or calling . They charge extra for ac . Washrooms dont have proper vantilation for air . Washroom is totally packed . And door are hard to close there switches are not properly worked . Beds are too dirty . Literally me and my friends and our other friends will never use oyo hotels.

The receptionist and Bell boy are like beggars asking for money not just tips without any shame even though they haven't brought the luggage to the room and they haven't done any help to me. Please avoid going there as they look like bandits robbing customers straight. Pathetic fckrs.

the hotel has allotted a single bed room. we're struggling with mosquitoes all the night. the room also filled with bad odour. we request you for refund. we are very tired that we can't call oyo customer care to complaint.

Bell boy receptionist are begger asking extra 400 if we regret they using bad words and harsh behaviour don't go to this Oyo better to go another hotel

They don't provide you rooms which are in Pictures and won't give you facility's like AC, WiFi and all it's better you stay in you're car and sleep don't book any room in this hotel

One of the worst experience, even no proper water supply in washroom n frequent power failures. Irresponsible staff never expected such hotels from OYO.

I have liked nothing.Bedsheets were not clean and geiser doest work and no facilities at all and not safe to stay with family and bad smell
