HOTEL ML GRAND

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is located on the third floor, Located beside Pista House. The rooms were very spacious, providing a comfortable stay. They offered complimentary breakfast, which was fresh and tasty. Additional amenities like a dental kit, kettle, and fridge were provided. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Their service was excellent, with prompt responses to requests. Housekeeping did a great job in maintaining cleanliness. The location was convenient and easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

Ours was an unplanned holiday trip and we tried this hotel for 2 nights - 2 families with 6 adults and 1 toddler in total. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and are very comfortable. The room service is also very quick and efficient. The breakfast was very nice - idli, dosa and another item that keeps changing is a staple breakfast menu. The sambar was very good and recommend the dosas as they were very good too. Total value for money, felt totally worth the price I paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. 10/10 would recommend this and will definitely stay here again I am here in Warangal next.

Warangal has limited to no options when it comes to star properties so Tier 2 accommodations like these are the best bet. ML Grand is a comparatively neater option and in an upcoming City suburb. Lots of infra work happening outside so things can be rather dusty. The property as such is on the upper floor of a retail cum banquet hall space and shares the same elevator and common areas in ground. Not a very clean entrance and lift but the hotel space is neat. Rooms are spacious and with decent amenities. Breakfast is served as a set meal inside the room. There are no other room service options but tea etc. Can be arranged. Proper maintenance is needed to avoid further drop in stay quality. The room that was allocated didn't have a functional door IR locking system. It was irritating to approach front desk everytime to unlock the room with the master key. Regardless, a clean hotel with neat bathrooms in Warangal. What more can one ask. Ample parking is available up front and there is a Punjabi restaurant on their roof top.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel appears to be a new one as it looks modern. The location is good with some shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well. The service is fine. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

For rooms 5 start is not enough , but the bed and bedsheets need to be clean..otherwise the hotel is best.. Food is also good, On the 4th floor they have a very good place

Everything about this hotel is great. Rooms are very spacious with modern decor. They're very clean and maintained well. They have a fixed breakfast menu of 3/4 items and taste was good. They are making the breakfast in their pantry and not in the President Dhaba. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in Warangal if it is within their budget.

Overhaul is excellent.Need to arrange a separate Dining hall or restaurant for guest.

Very comfortable rooms, the staff is always available. The room service is also very nice. The food tastes good. They provide complimentary breakfast to the room itself.
