Okay! The place in the pictures looks exactly like it is. Infact its a very well made property single floor with 3 room one huge and other two usual spacious room. A big living cum dining with sofa and a huge dining table. Has a TV and Tata Sky connection. Outside lawn has plush natural green carpet ofcourse will wither during winter but nicely mowed lawn. The pool is right outside one of the bedroom with an access from Bedroom and living room with huge wall to wall glass sliding doors. About 4.4 ft depth is the pool. Kitchen is huge too with a gas stove and cylynder, a microwave and access points to plug in all ur appliances if you bring. Cons - the property is old, like a decade or so old and nothing seems to bother the owners and caretakers anymore. The sliding doors yet a showpiece of the entire house is in the worst condition. It really takes a lot of strength to push and and pull the doors and I am taking about a grown man strength. There is no lock and the boundary of the house does not have a gate. Kitchen is in ruins. Basisn is old and rusty, cabinets are all dusty and you do not want to open them and use whats inside. Like I said the only time the owners bought something for the kitchen was the very first time which was about a decade ago. The pool water is hardly changed. Its filtered upon request but hardly drained and cleaned. You will find all sort of dirt dust and insects floating in it amongst other things that the previous guests might have left. Although one of the rooms is right opp the pool and you can open the huge curtains to sleep with a mesmerising blue pool view but you cannot coz there are the caretakers and security guards who keep loitering about the property whole night. So basically there is no privacy and since none of the door locks no security either. It was three am and I was swaying my baby to sleep and this guys is nicely loitering in the lawn and looking towards the room which is see through all the way to the bed. What's the point of having such an amenity?? Bathroom water supply sucks, flushes either run 24/7 (two washrooms) or not store water at all so you have to do ur duty then fill the bucket and do the needful. Oh and in the entire property the camera is right on top corner of the pool and there are always couple of people(men) caretaker/cleaner/security who live right beside the property which holds the cctv screens so they must be having a nice time watching women play about in the pool.. guess that was the whole purpose of having the camera there. I have been to about 12 different farmhouses in last 12 months or so and even though being such a beautiful property I will say this was with the worst experience. Make my trip suggest checkout timing is 12, but the caretaker was at rhe door asking us to move out by 10 so that they can clean it for the next party arriving by 1. So we had to rush thru our breakfast even though we had couple hours. And all these for 23k !!! What a waste!!! Oh and this was the first Farmhouse I found with no internet/wifi access and no Waterpurifier in the kitchen so you gotta make sure to bring enough water for your stay. I have stayed at so much better places for so less and old properties maintained so well. And funny thing this property is right on the main road as soon as the airport flyover ends. If your a boys gang to party only then guess u will still like it. Family please look for better options.

Regrettably, this establishment continues to disappoint. The overall quality remains consistently low, with persistent issues in cleanliness, amenities, and personnel. Safety concerns persist, making it challenging to recommend this place. Exercise careful consideration before opting for such unsatisfactory accommodations.

Waste of money, Please do not visit this place, worst experience, they do not provide crockery, Privacy also interrupted by their management. The property is not clean, you would find spiders moving around your bed. locks of the doors are broken and not maintained. Management do not take any responsibility for anything, we had corporate stay here and Management were mum and left us to deal with it with issue dealing with local authorities. Please do not visit if you do not want to get embarrassed in front of your clients.

Water leakage in the toilets. Toilets run out of water frequently. Furniture is in dilapidated state. Sliding Doors and Main Door are very hard to close and make squeaky noise. This seems to be very badly managed property.

Worst place to visit . Worst service , No safety for women, and the management was very rude and not providing basic facilities like in kitchen they are not providing kitchen utensils. The farm house is not good and inside the house the furniture also very old and , AC remote not working, tv not working, security risk, Doesn't believe google images inside very old . There is no power backup. Worst farm house I have visited. And they are charging 25k for one day. As per my view it doesn't worth. No safety for women. Geyser not working. Farm house doors lock not working and it very hard to operate. Security management is very rude.

Perfect place for weekend party with friends and family. Private area with ample parking, swimming pool, good rooms and garden. Just the atmosphere for outside City is missing as the city has expanded into it

Booked this for 31st night.. Have a kitchen but non-vegetarian cooking is not allowed.. Barbecue machine was provided at a rental of 1500. But it was not allowed to put in lawn as we wanted to grill some meat on that. They made us put it outside the compound wall and BBQ. The basic concept of having drinks with BBQ is lost.. Bed liners were not clean.. Extra beds were provided but were in pathetic condition. Drains in shower were blocked.. Water in toilets were not draining. There was no privacy.. Maintenance guys were roaming freely inside rooms without taking anyone's permission. Not an ideal place for couples to enjoy. Overall not worth the money spent..

Excellent location for an outing with friends or family. Pool is well maintained but not too big, The house itself is very tastefully furnished and comfortable for large groups. Caretakers are friendly and helpful.
