Hilltop Mrugavani - Srisailam

Best location and views. The resort has been built to give best views. The travel in the elevator is awesome. Must stay if you are coming for a pilgrimage cum holiday stay at Srisailam. There is only one restaurant in this area. Restaurant menu is very limited, staff Sandhya was very helpful and served with smiling face always

Stayed at this place during my trip to Srisailam and here's my experience. Location: It was great and provided scenic views of the Krishna river and the hills. Srisailam temple was around 25km (roughly 45 min) away from there. Restaurant: Food was good here and it served both veg and non-veg. Complimentary breakfast was not much good though. Room: Room was just average as compared to the prices. Paid almost 6000 for 1 double occupancy superior room but it looked it should have been in 3000-4000 range. It had basic amenities but was spacious. The superior rooms had three or four beds. So, if you are looking for a superior room for three people then instead of paying for triple occupancy, book for 2 people plus 1 extra bedding. It was cheaper than triple occupancy booking. Services: Staff was very polite and I didn't find any issue as such. From housekeeping to front desk, everyone was welcoming and prompt. Parking: They had ample parking space for cars.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel: 1. The room was not cleaned properly and did not reflect the value of the Rs. 8,000 charged per night. 2. The bathroom was untidy and not well maintained. 3. The television was not functioning, and despite contacting room service, no one attended to the issue. 4. The quality of the food was average and did not meet expectations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into these issues to improve the guest experience.

Group of 08 friends - we booked three rooms including two family rooms, stayed overnight on 25Jan. Situated about 40 minutes before the actual temple town but superb location with fabulous views of the river. Book the first floor rooms - to get the view. Restaurent serves good food, the variety & taste of the buffet breakfast (complimentary with room) was excellent. Staff are polite, courteous and ready to help Rates were around 7800 for family room that has two separate single beds + a double bed. Great place to stay, either with family or friends

Great location with horrible staff. One or two female staff at the restaurant were very prompt but the male staff was entirely very useless. Gave us unclean bedsheets, did not have extra towels even after a day. No water service at 7.30 am also. We were waiting to use the bathroom for more than 1.5 hours. People come here with certain expectations and most even want to visit the temple. With this sort of accommodations, it's difficult to have a good experience. The location of the place however is very good but the accommodation has nothing to do with the location. That's the only saving grace.

Excellent stay at Hilltop Mrugavani. The view from the room was amazing. Very calm n quiet place and the rooms were spic n span clean. Breakfast was a real treat to the tummy. Would definitely go back.

This is truly a magnificent place. The fact that it is enroute our darshan added to the vibe. The food, the staff and the service is too good. Recommend it to everyone. Try and experience the suite cottages.. lovely view and ambience.

The resort is quite old and poorly maintained. The only redeeming factor is the scenic view from certain rooms, but even that is only worthwhile if you're fortunate enough to get a good view room. Overall, I found both the resort and its restaurant to be overpriced and not worth the money. You can enjoy the same view by simply stopping your vehicle near the resort for a while, without the need to stay there.
