Sabina Resort.

Terrible experience. Zero maintenance. Staff is of no help. Insects everywhere, you can't sit in peace even for a minute. The whole chandelier in the hall was covered with hives of these insects. Dirty washrooms, broken jet sprays. The entire inside area was smelling of rotting meat as deep freezer had leftover meat in it maybe from some previous customers who did barbecue. The freezer was left open and the entire place reeked of bad blood smell. No hygiene at all. Only pool is good. But not work 15k the owner charges. The owner is extremely rude and does not listen to customer complaints. Don't waste your money.

We have been to the resort just a day before, the experience was horrible no electricity all night, no electricity backup provided by management. Swimming pool water disgusted no proper filter Toilets in the resorts are like in GOVT Sulabh Complex water leakage, no seat cover on combat. Refrigerators are so poor unable to cool the drinks and food. This happened in peak summer. It looks good in pictures only. Guys don't spoil your mood and weekend instead book some other resort or farm house but not this one for sure.

Very Worst farmhouse please don't take your family it's very horror there no maintenance...

Visited this so-called Resort/farm house on 24th February 2024... I don't wanna give a detailed review and waste time on it.. It's just ridiculous in every aspect right from cleanliness, bad smell, worst washrooms, bedding and seating is the worst.. The swimming pool has all the insects, tiles are broken which affects leg injuries.. All together I will suggest you to go, see with your eyes and then make a decision whether to go with this worst farm house or look out for any other options...

There are two pools joined, one for kids and one is big enough with depth at 6 to 7 feet. There is a small house with two rooms and kitchen. The house is okish but not so appealing. Good place to hang around for a day.

beware dont go to this farm house (khandar house). interior is worst and swimming pool is good but tiles are broken dont waste your time and money.

Big resort with swimming pool and ground for playing cricket or football It's a big cleanly maintained farm house good to hang around with large families. Calling this place a farm houseis a shame, it's a GHMC park , *Starting with bad smell, was not even clean , bathrooms were dirty and no proper function of taps were using buckets to drain *No proper electricity, whole night was so dark ,complained and got answer as generator was heated up jus on 2 hrs run *so now only option left was Swimming pool- Here I want to give detail explanation starting with dirty water, no filter ,frogs and insects in the pool. Untreated water. Disgusting! And worst management.
