Rooms are spacious perfect for family stay.Little more maintanence is needed.Food was good.Situated on the road so there is limited parking facility.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a night. The rooms were clean but felt a bit congested. The host was supportive, and the location was near Valparai town, though not ideal for a peaceful stay. While there were a few restaurants nearby, there was no room service available. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't offer the chance to truly experience the natural beauty of Valparai. I would recommend it for solo travelers or for a short stay, but not for families looking for a memorable vacation.

Not well maintained and very congested rooms. They are least bothered to keep the electrical fittings in the room dust free. Just the ned and blanket are good, nothing else. TV was there for the name sake, not even a single channel was coming. By the name linen, they gave only one towel. Overall, I don't prefer this hotel again.

Good decent hotel, neat and clean. Value for money. Food is an issue. There is no hotels nearby. You cant expect even coffee also from this place. But room ambience is nice. Recommended for two nights short stay

Budget friendly stay option near the town area. Well maintained rooms and washroom with A/C and hot water facility.|Doesn't have food at all time option. Has a chef who can come in if informed prior as per requirement.|Overall a good experience.

This place deserves an absolute 5stars from my experience. The rooms are comfortably large and neat., pretty good room service., some of the rooms here even have smart TV! The food here is extraordinary and tasty, there's a dining hall facility. Foods can either be consumed here directly or ordered from some other restaurants This place even has an indoor gym facility, indoor games and indoor mini theatre. The price of rooms is quite high at around 2000, bt anyways worth the cost .

We stay in this hotel one day... its really a nice place... the most special thing in this hotel is they having indoor mini theatre with the seating capacity of 20 pax.. its located at the entrance of the valparai... hotel is well maintained... staff mr. Arun and Dharshan are very kind and helpful... rooms are very clean... they having big LED TV in all rooms... in top floor they having well equipped Gym, those are staying there make use of it... then some indoor games like chess and carrom also there... they arrange home made food on behalf of our request... food is delicious both veg and non veg... they are arranging night safari to see wild animals... its extra cost...

Loved this place. They have good rooms and kitchen, dining facilities. Staff ARUN is very good in approach. Family can be accommodated without any fear. Cons : there is a gym at second floor which disturb the sleep starting at 6 am.
