The stay was perfect. Raj (manager) was very helpful and cooperative. Service was also really good and location is superb. Felt the sheets weren't very clean except for that all perfect. Recommended!!

We had an excellent stay at this Valparai Mount terrain resort, which offered great value for its affordable price. The staff were extremely supportive, and the rooms were meticulously maintained, clean, and comfortable

Hotel was empty with almost no guests. Very limited menu to eat. Breakfast as well very limited due to low occupancy. Rooms are average. Nothing special. Hotel is situated on a hill but road leading to hotel is very bad. Signs are visible. Better look out for leeches outside in the garden.

Rooms are spacious .Have clean toilets.Need to be more profesdional .Restaurant need to be maintained....For breakfast Dosa , Idli ,or omlet was not avaialble...Not expected and disappointed...Staffs were very compperative and courteous The person who dealt us was excellent and customer centric.Food served was tasty...As a jungle resort its Good Choice..Have seen Rain Deers ,Peacoks and Red Mangoose so close in the premises...
