Great place for refreshment and chilling in summer..such a good experience and humble staffs with responsible manager Mr.siva..

Waste of money Pool is available but they is no water

We loved and opted for Topaz house stay. It was so so amazing. The whole property is awesome and well maintained. Heaven for plant lovers. Water theme park, gardens, fun activities, swimming pool, etc... it has everything.Temperature inside the property is always chill due to greenery. Mr. Saravana bhavan and Mr. Kandasamy, both staff were very professional and always smiley. Service was also too good. The owner himself stays inside the property with his family.. hence the maintenance is really great. We would love to come back and recommend it to all.

#SAFETY There are currently no safety protocols in place. The employees in charge of the rides are unconcerned about the safety risks. No emergency services are available. They don't even have a trained first-aider. If there is a medical issue, they simply escalate to our own business; they don't care about the folks who come over there. Safety precautions should be regulated. I'm not sure how the administration authorised this type of park.

Chill Out Resort is around 4 km from Perundurai. Resort have good a/c rooms, and two big halls. Halls and adjacent dinning area area well decorated and cleanly maintained. Sufficient parking space available. Two small rooms available at the hall. The common toilets are not built properly and maintenance needs improvement.

Awesome! Good and clean rooms and bathroom, A/c available Very clean swimming pool. Good customer support. Will come again for sure.

Have all facilites for name shake ....if you visit you will feel When you pay same amount you can get top hotel in nearby city itself but as resort not worthy for what we pay

Not recommended... horrible experience...don't go if u r not aware of the area....they don't provide soap,food,dustbin...even nobody is available in reception...
