Came here after the poor service at oyorooms jayam residency which is about 1 km away. April 2025. Paid 1100 for non AC room for a few hours(1200 for day). Rooms are at the second floor, no lift. Surrounding of the building is untidy. Clean rooms as it is a new building. Sliver of soap complimentary only for AC room (Rs 1800). Rates are at par with hotels closer to the main highway. Kilambakkam bus stand is a leisurely 20 min stroll across the tracks or Rs 100 by auto.
