Dissatisfied with the service. Our room slot was from 12 - 12. But they gave us the room only at 2. The bed and bedsheets were not clean. There were no basic amenities such as drinking water bottles, coffee and breakfast coming to our rooms - we have to go out for everything. Lastly they were in a hurry to vacate us. Our slot was till 12 PM, they were insisting us to vacate by 10.30 itself. Continuously coming and asking when we will vacate.

We had a night stay, a bit out skirt from the downtown. Room was small but clean, with Ac, working TV and the bed was clean, working geyser... No freebies like soap or water, and no lift yet, but given it was first floor, it was a peaceful stay. Deal cut was 1100/- just a night stay for 2 adults and a kid
