Very friendly staff and helpful people. Just opp to the South gate of the temple. Car parking could be tough, call the staff and take help possible. Owner, receptionist, cleaning staff everyone is very helpful and friendly. Perfect stay for families and any aged people.

The rooms are excellent, and the restaurant is conveniently located downstairs. The hotel is situated right in front of the South Temple Gate. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful--especially with parking. They guide you from a designated spot and even assist in navigating through the busy streets to their parking area, which is truly commendable.

Very good place to stay if you are visiting the temple, very friendly staffs and owner. The front desk reception is very friendly and helpful and helps you with all your queries. The facility is neat and we'll maintained. This is also a new property right next to the temple entrance. They also have ample parking space for four wheeler and two wheeler.

Best place to stay,no water problem, opposite to south gate of temple ,100mts to raja gopuram and also walkable,veg restaurant and meals available on both sides of residency. Go for a good place and clean environment

Hotel staff are very rude and not friendly, they manipulate their prices at any time. Even after check-in. You'll get better hotel at this price. Not at all recommended.

Our stay at Arudra Recidency in Thiruvannamalai was truly exceptional!! From the moment we arrived , the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming . The rooms were clean and well maintained, offering stunning views of the gopuram. We also enjoyed the hotel's convinient location, which allowed us easy access to the temple. We highly recommend Arudra Residency to anyone visiting Thiruvanamalai for a memorable and relaxing experience.

This hotel is literaly at the foot step of the south entrance / tower of this great temple. Rooms were very neat, spacious. Shower in the bathroom had excellent water pressure. Beddings were all very clean. Pillow covers could have been washed little more. Front-office staff were extremely friendly. There is a restaurant, next door and breakfast and dinner options were very good. Driving to the parking space of this hotel ( which is next door ) was tricky as this is a very busy area, with barricades. But once we were with in 1/2 km, we called the front-office and they sent a helper was guided us, spoke with the police men and got us in smoothly. Highly appreciate that. You get excellent views of the temple and all the towers from the 3rd floor / terrance from this hotel. Highly recommend that too.

good hotel, newer construction. front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, and most speak english. a/c, shower, and wifi all work well. price is decent. good location, walkable to trail to arunachala. only downside is no couch in room to sit on, and a bit too much noise coming from the street. overall, 4.5 stars. thank you, arudra hotel!
