The newly constructed building boasts excellent rooms and amenities. However, it's worth noting that the room rates are on the higher side. It is hoped that the management will consider adjusting the pricing over time to better meet the expectations of their guests.

The rooms were not clean when we arrived. We saw hair all over the bathroom and sink. It was a bit late we did not have energy to complain or fight back. The room is bit cramp for the price we pay. For sure they should reconsider their price they charge. The management was friendly enough to take care of us.

I highly recommend Anandha residency for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Thiruvanamalai. The combination of excellent service, a clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again .

It was our first time here that we booked directly with the Hotel! We had an Amazing experience right from the checkin! It's a family run business and they treated us like a family member!!! Lovely feeling. The hotel rooms itself are of good standard and the location is centrally accessible! Will visit again!!

Clean room, no windows, no chair or sofa, but ventilation and aircondition. The busy reception was an ongoing entertainment which you could not miss while trying to sleep. Very friendly stuff, and - becaue it is a new place - still open to learning how to further improve. I felt safe in this Hotel.

Very small room, i paid 3.5k from makemytrip to book this room. The bedsheets were dirty and dust on the cot. The bathroom was ok. The room was tiny.
