Poppys Vista Hotel

The hotel is phenomenal and the way the people respond over here is very impressive. Apart from that we understand people value the customers needs they act most spontaneously. I would suggest anybody over here, you would find it another awesome stay. Mr Rajesh was very kind enough in attending us. I'm very sure he's quite understanding that what the customer requires seems that the management has the right person at work.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the initial phone call to our arrival, the staff were exceptionally responsive and courteous. The hotel's attention to detail and prompt service ensured a seamless experience. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Overall, a well-maintained hotel.

Room atmosphere is good. Room service is very poor. Food is not good. Swimming pool is so deep for women. Maintain 4 feet. It is more than 5feet.

We had a terrible experience at Poppy Vista. We booked three rooms and had a valid confirmation number. Upon arriving at the hotel at 11:30 PM, we were shocked to find out that the receptionist had sold our rooms to someone else, assuming we wouldn't show up. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after a long day of travel. There was no prior communication or effort to confirm our arrival time before making such a decision. We expected basic professionalism and respect for confirmed reservations. The lack of accountability and poor service at reception ruined our experience. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Room is spacious and ambience is too good.Toilet was not cleaned.Except that all good.Staff also helpful.

It was a good stay at poppys...we booked a Premium Room for pre wedding shoot,Rooms where clean ,well maintained and friendly staffs , especially Mr.Rajesh was so kind to us ..He made sure that we are comfortable with the stay ..A special thanks to him. Highly Recommend poppys vista hotel .
