We had clearly discussed and booked an AC room in advance, but upon arrival, we were given a non-AC room instead. Even after playing the call recording as proof, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistake. Extremely disappointing experience -- the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. Definitely one of the worst hotels in Tirunelveli. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you still choose to stay here, chances are high that you'll be back here writing about your own bad experience too.

I'm room searching online see the NAR rooms then booked calling me reception person attending but some ask enquiry but bot proper answer I'm already reviewing checks online very worst reviewing same time once call again very disappointed me thank God not booked that room, 29.03.2025 please avoid that NAR room.

I got very bad experience I properly didn't get any water Restroom was not clean full of spiders I booked room on online platform they allow only 12:00pm -12:00pm (I got reached and checked in 8:30 pm they have to allow me stay until tomorrow 8:30 pm But they asked me after 12:00 pm extra amount or vacate if it's online booking when ever you reach they don't count they will allow until 12:00pm only

Good & neat service, overall a good staying place. But the transportation is little bit hard for elder ones.

I got a triple AC room for 2k. The guy at the front was not polite. It was a 100-hour auto ride away from the railway station. The room was clean. There was a stain on the sheets though. Overall, I liked it.

Rooms are OK, but customer care is very poor I.e. we were practically *get out of the room" just at 9am even not given 5 minutes to take bath

Very bad experience.. Bathrooms were not cleaned.. Cigarette smell was frequently coming.. When informing about the issues, receptionist was not talking in a responsible way.. He showed much attitude.. He spoke like a rowdy not like a receptionist.. Should not stay at the place even it is given for free.. We have bought bathroom cleaner and gave to them to clean.. But they want much amount as advance... Very worst...

Worst in all aspects. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Staffs didn't responded responsibly. Located in very narrow street. Worst maintenance. Better take rooms near the railway station. won't recommend this place to anyone. Rooms are not clean bad smell is frequently coming all over the lodge. Floors are full of dust & mud. Bathroom is utterly useless
