The Kaya Service Apartment

I had to stay here for two weeks. My ratings (0/5) but sadly there is no option in google, it can be a minimum of 1. In summary- 1. Money minded people (especially the owner) - Once you give the money then they will give a bad experience 2. Rude Owner and Staff 3. Inefficient planning and management 4. No security at night 5. No cleanliness (attaching pictures) 6. Bad / No Wi-Fi Detailed explanation - The service apartment staff were really rude and money minded. They took the whole money in advance close to Rs 35000 and then they started working inside my apartment saying 2 hrs of work. They started changing the washroom while I was staying in the apartment. They then asked me to move two floors up due to their inefficient planning of rooms. When I asked for the reason they started talking rudely and saying they will make me move upstairs or vacate immediately without giving my money back. I came there for a wedding and was occupied with wedding arrangements and couldn't focus my energy on setting the expectations straight. There are other apartments as well in the surrounding and due to cost, this can be a easy option but would only suggest if you're okay with constant noise and fights and owners and staff creating problems throughout your stay. There is bad Wi-Fi connectivity in 2nd and 3rd floor.

Location of the place is ideal but locating is difficult as they have no name boards. Service poor as you can only contact over phone. They do not reveal where their office is. To vacate and give the keys back no one answered the phone. I checked for their affiliate unit "Kaya Inn" online (again with no name board and difficult to locate) and went there in person to handover the keys. Being a new construction, rooms are good but service is very poor.

I never stayed, but I had visited the apartment new and cleaned its for family stay.
