Rooms are small and good but the toilet cleanliness needs to be improved. Banana leaf restaurant below the Hotel is good dine in spot for Non Veg.

This hotel receptionist has misbehavior and cheating mentality. When we checked in clearly inform to the receptionist we will check out with one hour late. He agreed it and next day he is saying he didn't inform like that. And he took one day payment for just one hour late checkout. So all guests very careful otherwise you will be cheated.

Rooms are good but room service is not that much satisfied

Bathroom is not maintained and ventilated properly.

Do not recommend this place to any one neither will be considering this place for staying again. Worst service, no soap, no room freshner. Towels and toiletries only given upon requesting. Room too small. Paid extra amount for extra bed, but the bed nothing but a thin sponge covered in a old rag. Bed sheets were smelly and it lead to skin rashes post our return.

Don't go to this restaurant Worst service.after the order we need to wait atleast 1hr if we ask the reason for delay they said no staffs here,the quantity of the food also very less and the staffs behaviour is very worst particularly the cashier girl he shows attitude and no proper manners, for meals also we need to wait 1hr and they did not care about the customers they focusing only the money the cashier girl behave like a owner of the restaurants.overall THEY ARE NOT HAVE CAPABLE TO RUN RESTAURANT. One of the worst hotel experiences. STAFF- The staff are least bother about their customers and it's not at all a welcoming place. Rude & snobby behaviour. They were very insistent on taking "only cash", and full payment before entering the room! On asking for bill the man at the counter was even more snobby and asked for additional ID proof... idk how that works ! ROOMS- Below average. Looks a little shady. Also there's not much privacy, there are other buildings next to this hotel and people can literally peep right into ur room. The curtains are not adequately covering the window. Overall I would never recommend this place to anybody. And taking this effort to put up this review because the place was THAT PATHETIC, and wouldn't want anyone wasting their money and effort on such a place.

One of the worst Hotel. They never pick up the calls. Mobile given to them is just a showpiece for them. Management should look into this or simply close the hotel
