Recently stayed at this hotel. One of the best hotel in near srirangam temple. Breakfast compliment, free wifi, lift and room services are good than expected.

One of the best hotels to stay near Srirangam. Close by to the temple, Nice rooms and wonderful service. Apart from the service the hotel staff are very polite, friendly and just a call away always. They are very trustworthy, we booked for 3 days and they said a charge while booking, while vacating the room we paid the same amount. Few hours later the staff called and said, sir you stayed only for 2 days and few extra hours we will charge only for the few extra hours and returned the excess amount in UPI. Never seen such honest people in a while. Thank you so much. Will prefer your hotel only and also refer my friends. Suggestions: Rooms can be maintained better and for breakfast add more staff to serve.

Location is the worst thing about this hotel and next comes lack of cleanliness-mugs with dirt,bed linens with stain and torn out in places and bathroom faucets with dirt around. No daily room service unless we request it.Reponse from the front office is too bad,they have" i don't care "attitude whichever is our concerns.I had particularly told that father is 70 plus years and they said temple is walkable distance.We were totally new to Srirangam and just trusted their words.Hotel location is too odd with hardly access for public travel,but autos hotel will arrange and you need to pay 100 rup for this 800m distance to temple and that too fish and chicken market you need to cross before reaching temple. Very limited parking space(6 cars may be ),if you make decision to stay in this hotel,better to park the car immediately on the day of check-in and never take out until the checkout date.Else no space will be there and you will be asked to park outside. Staff response is always in " cold" or " I don't care" attitude,so customer service is NIL. To get a tea even, you don't have an option.Complementary breakfast is the food they order and arrange at a different floor with limited menu.With my experience I wont recommend this hotel.

Maintenance is Good, but u need to be in this hotel at the time of booking, even if you go 1 hr before the time of booking they charge the money, Per room only 3 prsns, Breakfast complementary for one day, Overall okay its good, 2500 per room for one day. Also near to temple.

I recently stayed at Shri Subham Residency during my visit to the Srirangam Temple, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. As an elderly traveler, I greatly appreciated the exceptional hospitality from the staff. They were attentive, kind, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the temple, which made my visits very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat. The complimentary breakfast each morning was amazing--delicious, freshly prepared, and a great way to start the day. Overall, Shri Subham Residency exceeded my expectations with its top-notch service and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srirangam, especially those who value excellent hospitality and a comfortable stay.

Service was good, the room was great for a family, however there is no water bottle available when reached the hotel room and also not a boiling kitley. Everyday after 12:00 noon, you need to re-activate your room key. Staff are helpful and service is great. Recommended for a comfortable stay.

We wanted to stay for a night and this was around a km from the Sri Rangam temple. The hotel provides basement parking for about 6 cars. No security guard was at the basement. It has a total of 4 floors. We stayed in 306. It had a King bed, a sofa cum bed, TV, A/c, fan, Phone, false ceiling led lights in green and white panel lights, A/C cooling effect even at 18 degrees wasn't cool. They said hot water will be available from 4 am, but even by 4:30 am hot water didn't come. The attendant asked me to let the water flow for a while. I had to waste at least 5 buckets to get hot water. Phone wasn't working and the hotel staff changed the device with a working one. But no use, I must have called the reception some 5 times and no one picked up. They provided only one towel and we were 3 adults and a child. There was no soap or shampoo and I had to ask for it. Only the water bottle was served without us asking. Dining is on the 3rd floor. It has 4 tables. Breakfast is complimentary and they served a small sized dosa, 2 idlis, upma, 2 types of chutney, sambar and coffee or tea. Food was good and we liked the taste. But quantity wasn't sufficient.

Whatever the hotel staff at the time of booking rooms over phone from our home town, is to totally different. They were constantly making calls to see if we are going to occupy the room booked. Our train was actually late and therefore we reached the hotel late. The hotel people wanted to confirm our stay and constantly nagging, posing questions of arrival. This itself made us uncomfortable. At the time of booking, they said breakfast is included. Later, they said , we have to pay. This we came to know, when we went for breakfast. They checked with the reception and told us we have to pay separately. They posed a lot of embarrassing questions before few other guests there. This was totally uncomfortable. When we asked the reception people, they replied rudely . Totally, no room service. There was Noone who accompanied us when we checked in, to take our bags to our rooms. We were just informed about the room number with keys handed over to us and they informed which floor it is. That's it. Not even a bottle of water was offered. There no rooms in the neighboring area, available. We had to stay here. On one of 3 day stay there- the bathroom door got stuck and we were not able to open the door and use the rest room for sometime. Only after 3 phone calls to the reception- they sent a person with no tools to open. We asked to get the key. Only after that he brought the key and opened it. He said noone is available to repair the door and he promised that it will be done the next day. Till we vacated, nothing was done. Totally disappointing They never helped us in arranging a car for sight seeing. It's better not to stay in such hotels and be put to s lot of discomfort. For us, our tour was decided, up and down booked, but with no accommodation confirmed in any other hotel other than Subham Residency-- and we were put to such unpleasant scenes. Let not anybody else come across uncomfortable situations. After all we are paying from our hard earned money.
