Queen Emperor

Recently I stayed Hotel Queen Emperor, Trichy for 2 days. While booking MMT &the hotel charged for breakfast & dinner. But during check-in hotel refused to offer breakfast & dinner saying that the hotel no longer provides food. This is utterly cheating after collecting money for food. Hotel and its premises are unhygienic. Toilet water was flowing just in front of reception area and the entire area had foul smell. Room did not have towel or toiletries even after paying Rs.2230 per day. Moreover, hotel staff were totally arrogant and uncivilized. Terrible experience.

An old age Hotel is next to an open drainage sewage system, so expect bad odour and lots of mosquitoes. There is No restaurant and hence no breakfast is provided. The extra bed provided to us was very uncomfortable so we did not use it and manage with the double bed only for three people. Room service was NIL, Nil cleaning happened, moreover the bathroom sink was getting clogged...taps were rusty.. the room tariff was high , shockingly, I don't understand how make my trip recommends this type of hotels...I would first suggest make my trip people to stay there for a day atleast and then suggest this to a common man who pays for all these NONSENSE.

We came for a pilgrimage trip and rooms were worth for money Excellent staff to help us in all departments and especially front office staff We will certainly visit again as it is centrally located

Stayed recently and experienced comfort stay and nice service. Thanks for reception people. Good place for staying with family. One of the best hotel in heart of the city. Situated in Chathiram Bus stand and nearby all pilgrimage places and tourists places in Trichy,like Srirangam Renganathar Temple,Rockfort vinayaga temple, Samayapuram temple, Mukkombu, Kallanai etc,.
