aangkilttil elllutuvtrrku mnnnnnnikkvum. Wanted to visit a few temples around Trichy and Tiruvarur, hence we made this short trip. Started very late from chennai, drove very slow and steady giving way for people who are running for more important stuff. Had our lunch enroute to Trichy. Finally reached this hotel. Not sure this is the second or third time we are staying in this hotel and sad to know that their service is going down gradually. Open Car park is at the back of the hotel. Going in and coming out of the hotel with the car is some what a problem with the state transport buses parked infront of the entry / exit. Check in was definitely a big problem. The front desk staff taking his own sweet time after finishing all the gossip etc. At one point we even thought we will go to another hotel, but we just bite our teeth, because the job at hand is more important. Room was clean neat. Toilet was neat and clean. We sort of stretched ourselves a bit, just to ease the body of the pain from the long drive from chennai.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Trichy. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. Whenever I requested a change of bedsheets or towels, they took immediate action and filled up all the toiletries without any delay. The room was always cleaned promptly as soon as we informed them, and it was well-maintained throughout my stay. By far, this has been the best hotel I've stayed at in Trichy, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Exceptional service! Good stay for family

Seems like once a great hotel, now not to expect that. Stay on 11-03-2025 was good. Rooms were really good and spacious and so were the bathrooms. Poor room service. Bad quality food that's evident from the picture of dosa shared herewith. Still I wonder if the Health Department officials have inspected and ascertained the food quality. Car parking on the rear side of the building.

With high expectations, I entered this hotel yesterday morning. I was asked to wait as the reception desk was empty. After few minutes the person who emerged completed the formalities in quick time. The room looked very ordinary for the price they charge. No proper lighting at the dressing table and no light at the wash basin inside the bathroom. With great difficulty, I finished my shaving. No water in the room. I got it after several tries. They need to attend these areas immediately.

A hotel on the prime location with good Customer Service. Had a Allumini get-together and entire event had personal attention from Mr.R.D.Baskaran, General Manager, a committed and a dedicated person. We had a buffet arranged and the food was excellent. Our special thanks to Mr.Baskaran.

Main location. Ambience beautiful. Coffee excellent. Staffs behaviour politely & caring. Feel fantastic. Complimentary breakfast very tasty. Highly recommended

Can show improvement on many levels. Food - Good Food Menu, lots of choices to opt from. Service - Staff doesn't seem to care much when serving. They forget basic things. NEED LOTS OF Improvement on this front. No WiFi for the entire duration of the trip and I stayed for 3 days.

Worst experience. We have booked 3 rooms for 3 days stay. One entire day AC wasn't worked, when we asked for it they say it's online booking they can't help with it. Also they asked to put bad review on themselves with out ashemd. 3 family suffered with it. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY. So called GM is talking to us sitting from next room to the reception and saying like do whatever you can.
