OYO 24690 Everest Park Residency

A decent place in the location. They have very minimal parking in front and the road in front is the service road of the highway. They seem to have security for parking space. The building is old and shows its age. If this place is available for a budget price then go for it. Else decide once you visit the place.

This was a very bad experience. The rates were very high. And at midnight when you are in deep sleep, these people cut the power line of the air conditioner. And you remain without air conditioning the whole night even after paying for it.

Without cupboard poorly designed toilets. lot of road sound just a motel

It is located near T.V.S.Tollgate . Tiruchy-20. We , at late night around 2300 hours enquired about availability of Two double rooms .But we were told that all rooms are occupied & only an executive class room is available and the rent is Rs. 2400 + 12 % GST . So total rent comes around Rs 2688 . Since we are a group of 5 , we were asked to pay an extra amount of Rs. 500x extra 3 persons & 12% GST thereupon. So for a night's stay of 24 hours we paid Rs.4368 . The room is air conditioned with an attached bath & a Kingsize bed with 3 extra beds. Hot water supply which we were assured of didn't materialise. The room is provided with only a single shirt hanger. A lift is there . There is no separate parking lot for the Lodge . We were asked to park our vehicle infront of the residency. No table . No dressing table . TV provided. The residency can't be termed as a luxurious one . Check out Time 24 hours .

Room was average, sheets could have been more cleaner. There was no hot water. Bathroom is very cramped. Property is located on the highway. Srirangam temple is 20mins away. Property has parking space infront of the building.

One night i stayed in this hotel, when i went switch off the bedight, i got an electric shock from the body of the light and the switch. So Be careful when you go there! They provide the room exact 12.00 pm, they behaviour is too good and polite, they will provide breakfast, lunch, dinner but you have to pay for that. And Their services is good and the behaviour of the staff is also good. Its is well cleaned. Good place to stay..I am satisfied through their services..

1. Bedsheets were very dirty 2. You won't get the parking if ~3 cars are already starting 3. Manager and receptionist are very rude 4. Booked 2 rooms for 4 people, they allowed only 1 person in a room for other person they extorted money from me. After extortion they denied breakfast for 2 people Avoid booking this hotel even if this is your last option

Classic and deluxe rooms are available. I booked by OYO app. So I have an option to book for 11 hours stay. Classic rooms are equipped with TV, fan, water facilities. Classic rooms can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child. Cars have to be parked at Ponmalai service road side space only. Parking space is small can accommodate 2 cars maximum. Rest rooms and bed sheets are clean. Service is good. Food is not served here. But hotels are available near to this place. Can be seen easily from car when you drive here on Ponmalai service road. Rooms are available from RS.1960 for 24 hours stay. Kids play area not available.
