HORRIBLE Experience! UNSAFE and SHOCKINGLY Unprofessional Hotel This is the WORST hotel experience I've EVER had! I stayed at Hotel Mayas Kem Pride, and the CEILING in the washroom COLLAPSED on my first night! Exposed electrical wires were hanging down - this was a death trap! I could have been seriously injured or worse if I'd been inside. I immediately asked the hotel to CANCEL my booking and refund my money, but they REFUSED! Customer service couldn't even reach the hotel because they weren't picking up calls! I had to book another hotel at the last minute just to feel SAFE. This place is DISGUSTINGLY unprofessional and downright DANGEROUS! If you value your safety, STAY FAR AWAY from this place!

Don't ever visit the hotel. They get the full payment and then alot the room. They give stained bed sheets covers. The bath room is pathetic full of black mould. When we asked in the reception updated you checked and took the room. Poor maintenance worst ever complimentary breakfast provided. Total money waste.

Both Receptionist and room boy both were very welcoming even though I checked in around midnight. Room was neat and well maintained. Perfect choice for family accommodation. There are good restaurants near by. There are lot of hospitals and medicals if you are the one who worries about emergency(Especially travelling with patients, elders, toddlers). Overall it was a pleasant staying experience.

Again, last minute booking and hence we booked what was available. Mayas Kem Pride gives you facilities that you expect in a good hotel. Again basics, elevator, restaurant, and car parking. I look for these three always as I travel with my family and want to avoid going around for food. This place had good restaurant with veg options and also very nice breakfast and coffee. Gentleman at the restaurant was excellent in terms of service. All the staff members from checkin to check out were very nice and courteous. They had water bottles in the room and did not ask for money when we requested for few more (I would have paid but this was a nice surprise in a small temple town). |Again, I would say the is a good place but not for anyone who is looking for luxurious stay and 4-5 star.|I would give them 4 star for service, 3 for room. I would give them 5 for effort they make to understand other languages.|PS: Again, not many dinner options.

Stayed here over a night when I was on an official trip to Trichy. A good and decent place to stay in Trichy. Service is good. The rooms were clean and tidy, and looked hygienic. Toilet was kept clean. It's got a centralised Air conditioning system and works well. Located at one of the busiest places in the city which helps in easy to locate and commute. It's got a Restaurant and Bar inside, i didn't use either so not reviewing them. No single rooms are available but they reduced the double room fare marginally. The cost incurred is worth it and affordable.

Stayed for 15 Days at the hotel, Room was very spacious an clean also the Room service were very quick and they'll response immediately. Specially wants appreciate about the maintenance even though we didn't inform they'll clean the room everyday which I had never seen in the other 3* basic hotels.

Recently we hosted our marriage guests (key people) at this place for 2 nights. We had blocked 5 rooms for day 0 and 19 rooms for day 1. Rates were reasonable. Every one confirmed a comfortable and great stay. Not a single complaint. Also during my interactions with the reception at the time of booking and multiple follow ups the staff have always been courteous and helpful. The guests also check nfirnef that they had a very ootj vhrvk-,,in and check-out process. Most of my interaction were with s person called Senthil and he has always been courteous and helpful Can't comment on the restaurant food and service as our guests did not use them
