Only stay here if you're left with no choice or can't find a better hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are quite dirty, and there's a strange smell in the room. The location is decent, and food delivery is easily available. However, parking could be an issue.

Very good hotel as compare to price. We visited in month of jan during Pongal though heavy rush team have provided me excellent room on spot visit and provided very good hospitality thanks team

I have booked this hotel in Make my trip portal. This hotel has denied to check in for the booking at 1:30AM on 27 Dec 2024. I have received the confirmation of booking but still they have not given a room. My suggestion is not to opt for this hotel. And it should be blacklist in all Hotel booking APPS. They are selling the rooms even rooms are booked in make my trip App etc.

A request to all the public not to come to this hotel. We have taken room for 1 night We are traveling from Chennai. We have took a room in this hotel AC was on at 9:45pm, till now no cooling is there. We asked the receptionist person, he told that's all the cooling Here me, Father and mother are getting sweating. Worst hotel in trichy. The receptionist is very cunning. He tried to make us stay in smelly rooms and to pay via booking agency and in person ie double price.If I could give negative review I would. It is extremely unsafe with underground rooms.

Worst service hotel in have every stayed, the manager did even care to reply and they don't provide bill also for the stay. You have to do a lot of follow up just to get the bill. Service is absolutely zero even minus stars need to be given.

Very bad dealings. Booked through agoda. The manager wanted to cancel the booking through agoda and pay at the hotel afresh.

Very Nice Rooms and room rent is average.
