Hotel Shaans

Rooms are good, well maintained, spacious, courteous staff. Only issue we had was parking. people who have booked rooms gets preference for underground parking/closed parking/ front parking as the common sensible practice in any reputed hotels. The reception or the management being unaware of this simple fact was surprising! Moreover while asked about this, the response from the reception was rude, intactical and impractical. Need better training for the front staff. The fact that it was raining, night time, had kids dint help and added in to the strange inexperienced reception staff response( try back after an hour if u want underground parking - this suggestion at 10.30 in the night!?) Request the management to revisit the parking rules

We stayed with our family for 3 days. The cleanliness and discipline on maintaining the rooms are impressive. Their hospitality and humble approach are quite lovely. The taste of the food provided by them during our family get-together with a free separate hall was really good. And all happened for a reasonable cost.

Very nice. Stayed there in summer. ACs of the rooms made me feel like it's winter. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Ample parking space. Nice restaurant.

Staying in Hotel Shaans, Trichy is very pleasant & comfortable. The staff & attendants are very cordial in providing facilities. Foods available & maintenance of rooms, dining hall etc.are so hygienic & healthy conditions. The receptionists and house keeping staff Ex.Mr.Muneesh, Mrs.Sumathi are so obedient and their services are very much appreciable. We can stay at Hotel Shaans with happy & healthy moments.

Our school batch had a mini get together at the restaurant on Women's Day with a complimentary drink, a surprise gift ( a desert) and a crown to feel special. We were happy and enjoyed the evening. The food was good - both the veg and non veg - a special reference to the starters. The sizzler brownie was the highlight of the evening. A LOVELY PLACE TO FILL YOUR HEART WITH GOOD MEMORIES AND YOUR TUMMY WITH DELICACIES.

Restaurant is awesome with lot of seafood options. I had the most softest Biryani ever! |My wife loves the Fish Fingers here|Would love to taste the crab lollipop |And Captain Ramesh was very courteous and informative.|Right the the center of the city

Everything was good in this hotel. Need some cleaning in toilet otherwise everything was a charm. They provided hair dryer and iron box upon request. They also had laundry service. Stayed there for 2days Would recommend to others.
