Nice place, very clean rooms and good service. bit away from main road. if you travel on your own ( car or Bike) then its ok. Chatram bus stand is just 15 min walk

Location is nearly 5 minutes away from main centre. Excellent if you have a dedicated vehicle. Even though the don't have an in-house canteen, they arrange very tasty food. Good car parking area available. Separate drivers common room with wasroom available. Amenities and services are good. Courteous staff and cooperative. They helped in slight extension for checkout without murmering. Overall Good.

good one Never expected this range in this area. Except the regional language issues with the crew, rest of the things can be managed. well maintained. No choice of breakfast. Can be managed well. Location wise its good. homely feeling. Keep it up and improve a bit better.

I had an great stay at this hotel. Though a bit tucked away, it offers fantastic value for money. The room was clean, well-maintained bathroom & toilet, with hot water and reliable WiFi connection. A special mention to Franklin, the manager who was down-to-earth, friendly and treated me like a friend. He shared valuable local knowledge and even went out of his way to help me get a SIM card which can be very tricky for overseas visitors in India. I really appreciated his brotherly nature and kindness. Thanks again, Franklin! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be returning to this hotel.

Hotel Review - 3 Stars I recently stayed at this hotel and would rate my overall experience as average (3 stars). The room I was provided was quite small, but it was 70% well-maintained, which made it manageable. The bathroom was decent and clean, and the AC was in proper working condition, which was a relief. The staff were polite and courteous, which added a positive touch to my stay. However, I faced an issue when I wanted to upgrade my room to a suite. The reception staff directed me to contact the booking platform (Goibibo) instead of assisting me directly. Unfortunately, the response from the platform was quite irresponsible and unhelpful, leaving me disappointed with the handling of the matter. Overall, I would say I was 50% satisfied with my stay. While some aspects were good, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and responsiveness. This experience left me feeling that the hotel could do better to ensure a smoother and more satisfying guest experience.

We stayed at hotel Rhythm for 1 night. Room was clean and size was enough for a family. However the service was not good. They provided 1 water bottle for 4 people, also soap was not available. Restaurant is not there at hotel, so we had to order it from outside. Overall it was a good stay but service could be improved

First of all the property itself is in a secluded place hard to access. Then rooms were absolutely tiny even though I made reservation for suite room the the person in charge didn't give me suite room but instead give me a small room and he charged me extra for extra beds which was laid on the floor. It was a cramped room . Not worth the money.

We had a comfortable 3-night stay with our family in the Suite rooms. As shown in the pictures, the living room had a sofa and a small dining table along with space to put the extra bed. The small & empty Kitchen area available in this suite just served as a storage space for the extra bed. While there were some areas for improvement, the staff's helpfulness and the room's spaciousness made our stay enjoyable. Positives: 1. Spacious Suite rooms with a bedroom, living room, and attached bathrooms. 2. Ample parking space in the adjacent empty site. 3. Helpful and cooperative support staff, especially Mr. Shanmuga Sundharam. 4. Following our check-out, an unforeseen situation arose, requiring us to wait in the hotel lobby for a couple of hours. The staff showed exceptional kindness by offering us a temporary room to refresh and recharge. 5. Convenient food delivery assistance by the hotel staff from nearby hotels. 6. Many good restaurants are situated in less than 1 KM from this property. Areas for Improvement: 1. Although the room rate was adjusted according to the number of guests, the complimentary water bottles provided - one per room was insufficient for our group of 3 occupants in each room. To better align with the headcount-based pricing, providing water bottles proportional to the number of occupants would be a more thoughtful gesture. 2. Covered parking would be good and safe for the guest vehicles. 3. Although the suite room boasted well-ventilated windows, the adjacent big drainage system caused unpleasant odors and mosquitoe issues when opened. Consider adding room fresheners or installing mosquito mesh screens to minimize these concerns. 4. Absence of soap holders in bathrooms makes it messy to manage the soap after every use. 5. Despite the booking confirmation from Booking.com stated payment should be made at the property, I received a follow-up request from hotel staff for an advance payment couple of days prior to my travel. Though I dont mind making advance payments, consider explicitly stating any advance payment requirements at the time of booking, rather than following up later to avoid misunderstandings and build trust. 6. We experienced technical issues with the Air Conditioners in 2 Suite rooms and a faulty fan regulator in the third. Although we notified and reminded the support staff on Day 1, the problems persisted until we brought them to the attention of another staff member, who resolved them by Day 2 evening. While most staff members were attentive and helpful, one individual's careless attitude and lack of urgency was disappointing. Despite some areas for improvement, we're happy with our stay and may consider this property for future visits
