CTS Homestay

It was like a home away from home with neat and clean rooms, kitchen with gas stove and fridge, washing machine, etc. We never felt as if we were in a rented lodging place. Had a heartwarming experience

Spent a night in this homestay to attend a family function. It is a 2 bhk apartment converted into homestay. Rooms and toilets were basic and neat. Location inside Fatima nagar is a problem as we had to go some distance to even get a tea and there is no service/facility within. Parking for 3 to 4 cars is available within. Ok for short stay with other family members and kids. Don't expect any type of service.

I booked this home stay through MMT. One day prior to my check in date, the management from the home stay called and said that no rooms are available and that I should cancel the booking. The person then went on to say that an amount from the money will be deducted by MMT and only then when he gets the money, will he refund it. When I asked for a full refund citing that it was negligence or some technical issue on their part, the person replied to me rudely saying that I should then contact MMT. On what grounds did that person say that some charge would be deducted and when it was convenient for him he would refund the remaining amount? I don't know. This baffles me. Btw, I got a full refund from MMT and their customer support executive said that the homestay failed to lock the room for me whereas the room was booked on the part of MMT. (I don't know how much of that is true.) The homestay person can be polite while talking and more willing to listen rather than wanting to be done with their customer somehow and washing their hands of responsibility.

Nice and smoothly, they will talk while booking time. Finally, congested rooms and AC also didn't work well. AVOID THIS. This is not a legal and professional service apartment .

Booked for CTS homestay and paid online but when arrived they gave accomodation in a different place and it was shared accomodation which is not acceptable. Poor service,untidy and very small. If rooms not available don't accept booking, provide only what is being shown.

The stay was pleasant...owner is very experienced person in customer service...so the hospitality was top notch...its a place for family....singles for work..very yummy food ..wi fi, power no issues at all...overall a 5star stay...

This place was awesome and the warmth and welcoming nature of the owner was top notch.. I had to leave due to a lockdown scare but still the owner never had issues with me vacating the room within hours of occupying it.. yes the charges are a bit on the higher side so decide your budget and then choose between luxury, austerity and economics

Very neat rooms. Excellent service. If you order food in prior, you can get delicious homemade food also which is chargeable extra.
