Breeze Residency

Hi, I checked in for a 6-night stay with my mother and daughter. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The quality of the linen is poor, and the bathroom is in terrible condition -- the geyser and shower are not working. Despite raising these issues multiple times, the staff have not responded. Now, I'm being asked to pay an additional 1500 per night for the remaining 4 nights, which feels like a "pay or stay in the mess" situation. The customer service has been extremely poor, and this place is not suitable for families. For the price you're paying, it's simply not worth it. I strongly advise others not to choose this place.

I have been using this property close to 4 decades. Remember having visited, after a few days of inauguration! It was called Hotel Rajali then. A couple of decades ago it was called Jennys Residency and I have stayed here. Breeze Residency is like a second home, whenever I visited Trichy earlier. ||After a long time I have checked into Breeze Residency along with my friend's family. We had an awesome time enjoying their well appointed rooms and excellent hospitality. The service, food and cleanliness of the rooms are simply superb! Well done, keep rocking!

The hotel basically looks fine from the reception to the rooms. The location is great at walking distance from Trichy Junction Railway Station and Main Bus Station. But the service and response time to any request is poor. With better maintenance and good service protocols it should be a great place to stay. I had the strange experience of getting ONLY HOT WATER in ALL the taps in the bathroom. Still worse, the handles of the taps were in awful condition. My complaints were not responded to promptly or properly. The food served in the restaurant was really good but I could spot flies in the air conditioned restaurant which was a serious put off.

The two day stay at the Hotel was really nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staffs were also really helpful. The Room service executive Mr. Vignesh was very kind to take care of our needs of sterilising our 1 year old daughters feeding bottles. Such help at hotels for travelling family is very helpful.

Mr.Ganapathi house keeping supervisor is very polite and well behaved... Maintained our room clean and tidy... Appreciating his work and also Staff member's Mr.Sasikumar, Mr.Manikandan for this...Thank you for your great service...

Overall enjoyed the stay here, clean linens and good bed, hot water round the clock! Negative: Only draw back is the hotel is badly in need of renovation. Right from the putty is getting peeled off across the walls, hope management will do it soon! That's the only con. Positives: Everything else! Courteous staff, Smooth Check-in awesome food, plenty of amenities including swimming pool and to top of it, it is in best location at Cantonment area in Trichy. Plenty of area is available for parking, so we can conduct huge gatherings for family functions.

We stayed at this hotel with family of seven members in 3 rooms 10 days ago. Overall it's good but they can improve the bathroom a bit. I have mentioned at the time after we checked in and again at check out. Leaking taps, water leak around toilet seats. Good location spacious parking too and facilities for driver. Good rooms but poor service. Swimming pool was not clean and the kid pool had broken tiles and a shaky entrance. So very risky and dangerous. We tried to inform management and received curt and rude responses. No worry about customer opinions. Management has to realise that quality and safety of a pool especially kids pool are crucial aspects of the guest experience. We regret the manner and response of receptionist Lakshmi and the inaccessible GM Mr. Anand.
