Sri Kumaran Castle

I have stayed Sri Kumaran Castle Tiruchendur on May 2024 for 7 days and the management has collected bill with 12% GST. After I check out from the lodge they have not remitted the gst. Also informed the same to Mr. Aravind Manager of the lodge and he assured to refund the gst by way of gpay. Till date they have not refunded the amount. They cheated me for around Rs.1100/-. Now i have propose to file a complaint before GST Commisioner. All are cautious.

Worst service by the reception ppl. The person kept knowcking the door at midnight 12 asking if we will check out next day.. also they kept calling and knocking at 3 am and 4 am asking if we will checkout. The actual checkout time was 6 am. Such a nuisance service. Also the person switched off the heater and did not provide hot water for bathroom. Dont ever book this hotel if u want peace of mind.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Sri Kumaran Castle! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. We loved the family-friendly amenities, like restaurant. This hotel is perfect for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway--highly recommended!

Very close to thiruchengode bus stand. Staff are helpful. Cleanliness of rooms can be improved. Below at ground level there is a tea coffee shop which is helpful nearby there is saravana bhavan veg hotel

I got room 303 in third floor. Pos- spacious rooms, the room was clean good atmosphere. Neg- bathroom floor having heavy scale formation which reveals that they are not descaling it properly. The shower mixer nonstandard modifications. No kettle provided, poor finish full size mirror on wall, very small wash basin, no lift service from parking to first floor. No one assisted to lift bag gages from parking to reception. The cost also little high compared to other hotels with the same facility. We directly approached, that is why they charged us 2000 for a night. These all can be corrected by management to cover more customer.

Hi! This is one of the best lodge in Thiruchengode I ever visited. it is very near to temple which makes tourist easy and it is near to bus stand . The service in lodge is excellent and the room is with good and peace ambience. The restroom are very neat and clean . Totally it is worth for cost .

The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation.The room was spacious, spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I also loved the ambience.The bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries.
