Location is easier to find and the room was spacious enough to roam here and there, and it is situated well within the city which was convenient. Food was good, and buffet space where they are serving food, a segregated area is undergoing some construction work during our stay. I would that the room service was not proper, Scenario #1, I called the reception and asked for water, but they asked me to come to the reception and collect the water which is not a good image. If the Drizzle drop is saying that they are providing room service in the description as part of their amenities then whenever called upon, they should be available to provide service to their customers like bringing water Scenario #2: I noticed the bed sheet they've provided with was a bit stained with some brown thingy, so I asked the reception to change another fresh sheet but they said they didn't have anyone to provide room service at the moment and will do it in the evening time. So we came out for carrying and were back to the room at night and noticed the same stained sheet were still present. Drizzle drop inn has mentioned in their amenities with room service, which is not honoured properly. I think they can honour it by removing the room service from the amenities list.

Property location is calm. Friendly staff at front office. Great ambiance. Comfortable stay with all amenities. Would like to recommend to all my friends. Clean and neat. Great hotel to stay

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The lack of professionalism from the staff was evident from the moment I checked in. They were unhelpful, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. The hotel itself is in terrible condition--poor maintenance is obvious everywhere, from broken fixtures to outdated and malfunctioning amenities. Cleanliness is another major issue; the room was dusty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the linens didn't seem fresh. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and maintains basic hygiene and service standards.

I booked 4 rooms for 2 days for 10 members,but while I checking in they only gave me 3 rooms they just told me we have only 3 rooms sir all other rooms are sold out and they assured me that they will give extra bed for other members instead of that 1 rooms but at night when I ask for the extra bed the person in the reception told me no extra bed is available now I gave the extra beds to other rooms Very very poor response from the service side The rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is located in the prime location Bathrooms are neat and clean But in 1 bathroom the shower tap is not working and the water is leaking I stayed there for 2 days I complainted about the issue several times but no response till I check out the issue was not solved Actually the rooms are good but the person who are in the reception and for service have 0 knowledge about room service and They really don't know how to talk with customers

Other reviews must be all fake or paid reviews. Do not ever visit this place and the worst bathrooms, not maintained and bed sheets not changed and RUDE front desk person..and the list keeps going.

I cancelled my stay, and didn't like the rooms. No inhouse restaurant. The manager is really co-operative, he politely accepts my rejection.
