Simply the worst experience. Cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. I dont even think the room had been cleaned before we checked in. The bedsheets were full of stains with visible dirt. Even the cupboards had coockroaches and were dirty. AC was literally just blowing hot air. The fan regulator was broken. The worst part is they dont even acknowledge it. We checked in at night and the guy in charge was pretty rude and ignorant. He was not even ready to help us out.

I had a bitter experience with this room.The bathroom has a very huge window which is transparent. I didn't even knew it was transparent unt I noticed the painters were painting the outside of the walls. Not at all safe to women. Rude staffs. Worst experience I ever had. The room is not very clean, especially the toilet. It was disgusting to use. Full of dirt all over the bathroom. I don't even want to give 1 star for the poor experience I had.

Advantage of being on the main road of OMR. Better price for budget stays. Rooms are decent for the given price. Cons: Bathrom has a mirror window which kind of exposes you.

I booked the hotel for 12;00 PM and reached 9:00 PM on same day but it was already shared by the others in between the time even though I booked for 24 hours. It's a worst attitude i seen this. Due to this, I will not reconsider this for booking in near future.

Rooms are very small. Staff is irresponsible. We booked 2 delux rooms n they gave us only one delux n another executive room. Bad service.

Nice location, ample space for parking, room service quiet pleasant. Nice behavior.

Hotel is good and the management is good . but the reception guy need to be improved , Never happened in my whole life while checking in , such kind of behaviour.
