FabHotel Vista Park

I had a very disappointing experience with this FabHotel. Before booking, I spoke with Rahul from the FabHotel team and confirmed a 2-hour early check-in for an additional 500. He assured me that the hotel would be informed. However, upon arrival at 8 AM with my family, the receptionist outright denied early check-in, stating that no rooms were available and that we would have to wait until after 11 AM for a possible vacancy. I contacted the hotel management multiple times, but their response was completely unhelpful: The first person apologized and promised to discuss it with the management but never followed up. The second person listened to my entire issue, then offered to check another hotel 10 km away and disconnected the call. The third person suggested another hotel for 2,300 plus 500 for early check-in, leaving me to manage the situation on my own despite their earlier commitment. After much hassle, the hotel owner personally allowed us to use a room for just 20 minutes for refreshment. We finally checked in at 3 PM, only to be given a penthouse room that lacked basic hotel amenities--no CCTV cameras, no table or chairs, and the overall setup resembled a PG rather than a hotel. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for families.

The rooms were clean and so were the toilets. We had a great experience at Vista Park and would definitely recommend it to others. Only early check-in was not possible, but other than that, everything was 10/10

Room was clean and well maintained with a balcony. I got a private room in a 3BHK. My room had bathroom outside with a sliding door that blocks the hall. Other than mosquitoes, everything was decent.

On time service, breakfast, room neatness everything is very good. if we want lunch and dinner we can manage nearest outside. very good experience.

I booked the rooms for our family fuction, the room is nice clean, and who ever want cleanliness and comfort this hotel is for you

Great place to stay and staffs are friendly. They could accept credit card payment which would be useful for some of us.
