One of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. The time when the Google photos were taken was probably the last time they washed their sheets. Sheets were stained and dirty, the AC water leaking into the toilet, no basic facilities like a soap holder and a clothes rod in the bathroom, tank water leaking to the front of the hotel. The staff are untrained to handle such complaints and are just getting by with mediocre service and quality. Not at all worth the price I paid.

I have pre booked my stay as I'm coming with my family, but when I reached the hotel they told the AC room is not available right now and they have asked us to stay in a non AC room for 2 hours.. later on they have given the room where AC was not working and it's very hot there we can't stay and the betspread and pillows were so much dirty.. totally waste of staying there no proper facilities but only one thing was good there is the water.. the water is very pure compare to all other places.

Vel Residency canceled my booking (made through Booking.com) after first telling me to call again. When I did, they simply informed me that the hotel was overbooked and I wouldn't get a room. Very unreliable!

Super service amazing hotel rooms in comfortable and safe hotel door to pickupa bus and taxi auto stand and near by lot of restarunt good ambiance

Not too much luxury basic hotel . Room are good for the tariff we paid.

To be honest from my heart im writing this reviewplease please dont even look towards this residency. Its was the most unforgettable and bad experience that i had staying here.1. Initially i discussed abt the room cost and i reached the location and then in real they were charging a different cost which was more different from the cost discussed in the call and scam starts here. Since it was late night and im with my family i stayed over there. I stayed in different places and different hotels from high to low. This is one of the worst stay i ever did. There was no ventilation, we had a experience of staying in a jail. The person who spoke in call mr. karthik was not that much kind talking. Note : whatever the situation plz do t choose to stay here. Better stay in bus stand. Sone People who had written a good reviews might be there friends for sure.

Had an really impressive stay and Mr. Karthik who spoke to me was really amazing man room was very very neat and clean also there was one receptionist she was very friendly I was happily saying I had an enjoyable stay thank you guys
