Excellent service One staff at night duty was extremely helpful Had this incident We are running late for the train, we are at the bus stop, I forgot my charger. The staff himself notified us and bought us within 5 minutes. The good thing is we didn't ask him to bring it. Great staff.

Decent room on reasonable price. Booking experience was nice. Reception services very good. Room is clean and well maintained. A small fridge in room. Interior decoration is good. Just 4 kms from Railway Station. Roadside room dwellers may experience traffic sound disturbance.

Neat calm ambience hotel situated at walkable distance from NBS Thanjavur; customer service is good; well cleaned hygienic rooms; Worth for the price. But it could be much better if the breakfast providing is improved. The only concern in the place was that food.

Run down place. Definitely not a palace. Lots of mosquitoes and flies inside room. Toilet super small. Luggages were left at lift lobby instead of bringing into rooms. Definitely not staying here again.
