Hotel Ganesh

I recently stayed at Hotel Ganesh in Thanjavur with my family during our temple visit. Most hotels were full, so we had no choice but to take a room here. The only positive aspect was cleanliness. We booked a deluxe room, but it felt like a standard AC room with minimal facilities only water and soap were provided. For the price, the available services were disappointing. Customer service was poor, and despite no room service, a staff member asked for a tip on the last day. Why should we give a tip for bad service? I wouldn't recommend.

Very good hotel. Their customer service is very good. The TV in the room in our room cracked unintentionally from our side. But the hotel owner behaved to us very politely and didn't use the situation and looted more money from us. The employers are also very good.

Overall, I had a satisfactory experience and would recommend/not recommend this hotel for business, family and traveler's, especially those who value accessibility and convenience in exploring tourist attractions.

The location of Hotel Ganesh is easy to commute between railway station and Bus stand is very convenient to travel . The rooms are neat and the room service staffs are helpful when needed.

Good place to stay, no disturbance, stayed with my family for less than 14 hours, giving 1 star less for cost , too much for a AC room or non AC , can be bit less.

Very near to Railway station and best bus connectivity is available. But rooms are not clean. No bedsheets and towel were provided. The attitude of the man in the reception is irritating.
