One of the best located near New Bus stand. Rooms are maintained very well with hygienic sense. Guys at the reception Mr. Kavin and Navin Kumar are very hospitable and caring about guest's needs. Ambience and parking space remains an added advantage. Fine place to check in for stay.

This hotel looks average. Only the reception controls the AC. The hotel turns off the AC after 1 am, and if you try to call them, they do not pick up. They automatically turn the AC back on early in the morning at 6 am. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the cleanliness is average. However, this hotel is easily accessible from the new bus stand. Additionally, restaurants, medical stores, and a wine shop are nearby.

Please book before you go. No rooms were available unfortunately when I visited. But as far as I have heard and seen, also ma frnds suggested, it's a very good place for a stay. With affordable rooms.

I recently had a stay at this hotel, and I must say, it was quite disappointing. The first impression was a poor welcome. There was no hospitality whatsoever, and it felt like they were not interested in making their guests feel comfortable. One of the most frustrating experiences was when I asked for a room for my friends to refresh by paying the necessary fee, but they refused despite having plenty of unoccupied rooms. They claimed that the rooms were already cleaned and couldn't be cleaned again. This lack of flexibility and customer service was disheartening. Moreover, they suggested using the staircase instead of the lift, even though there was a lift available. This kind of service is not what you expect from a decent hotel. The room itself had several issues. There was no working AC, and the fan only operated on high speed, making it uncomfortable. The lack of proper ventilation and sunlight added to the suffocating atmosphere. Not to mention, there was a mosquito problem in the room, which made the stay even more unpleasant. The washroom was tiny and poorly maintained, which added to the overall disappointment of the hotel. The parking lot was like a messy storage area, untidy and unorganized. They also had the habit of locking the parking lot, which made it inconvenient for guests like me who had to search for staff to open it every time I wanted to take out my car. Furthermore, there was no food availability at the hotel, and they lacked basic ironing facilities. It's safe to say that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Rooms were very smelly and the washroom was not clean

Very close to Thanjavur new bus stand. Just a walkable distance inside road. Parking space available. Very friendly staff. Rooms are neat and worth the price paid..
