HOTEL A.S.K Residency

Great location, average rooms, room service staff were polite and service minded. The front office staff are rude and arrogant. The TV doesn't work ( the set up is never recharged). If you book through online, they will scam you claiming that you have booked a non AC room and have to pay extra cash for AC. I was forced to pay Rs800 extra ( cash only) for the provision of using AC in my room although the building has centralized AC. They do have a decent kids play area ( charges are Rs100/- per kid per hour) which is pretty decent. Covered car parking is available.

Rooms were poorly maintened, not family friendly. The glass panels in bathroom window were broken and open. They don't give the complimentary water bottles until asked and on the last day they denied saying that complimentary bottles were not provided as we were checking out that night.

Bedsheets are full of some stains,pillows are very dirty and with stains.rooms are not clean,No kettle in the room. Not recommended for a peaceful stay.some or the other repairs come in the room constantly like swing of the wall-mount fan is not working.Light in the bathroom,not working etc.

Poorly maintained rooms. Bathroom has broken windows. And the reception person is not ready to give the complimentary bottle too. Getting cash for themselves and giving the water bottle. Not suggesting for anyone.

The best affordable hotel. Friendly staff. Everytime I travel Tanjavur this is always my home.

We stayed at the hotel for one day. Hotel is near to New bus stand. The service is good. But the blanket and bed cover is not hygienic. It has some strains on it. The room was OK.
