SPOT ON 48734 Hotel Ajay Residency

The worst hotel ever seen. AC room no AC is working. Stinging smell all over the premises. You are bound to get deceases, if you stay even a day. Worst toilet and broken tiles. Please heavensake don't imagine to enter in this hotel. No hot water. Horrible. Purchasing the trouble.

Never book this hotel and most importantly never book through goibibo. The hotel is shaby and stinky. Goibibo did not support for refund. My money has gone for no reason. I request don't be prey for goibibo and this hotel. I didn't find 0 star to rate

Very poorly maintained lodge. Even the can't replace a torn out bedspread. Free public toilets are much better than the toilet in this lodge.

Showing attraction online is a cheating business and how the reputed service provider like Make my trips are recommending even after several negative reviews. Worst ever experience I had my stay. Charged for AC room, but no AC function. There is no water bottle and serving glass. No both soap. Very worst bathroom. Worst cleaning beds. There is no hygiene. Overall not worth for the charges which i paid. Not recommended for stay.

If you are going to stay with Family it's 100% No never think about it.There is a bar attached to it and you will get the smell while moving in. If you are going to stay alone 70% yes reasonable price and it is in the hotspot you can access other places easily.

I can only comment on what I have experienced. Only A/c room is somewhat clean and decent looking..but even there A/c have some problems...And Don't even bother booking non A/c rooms... Toilets are not clean. Also there is a smell when you enter the room which is similar to the one comes when you enter the public toilet. The only plus is that it is located in the main area of the town... Nearby to bus stops and The Temple . Totally not worth the money .

There is a BAR right behind the hotel whose access gate is adjacent to the hotel. There is a also a Cow Shed next to this hotel entrance which I believe is reason for lots and lots of mosquitoes inside the rooms. Rooms are made over to give a decent look but cannot match with a standard room to be worth the tariff charged. Staff were friendly and helped in moving luggage and arranging for CABs and Autos. 500m from the temple. Most small lodges in this town do not have Geysers but have solar heaters which supply hot water through a dedicated pipelines. In case Hot water does not come in a room , the staff provide the hot water , which they actually did in our case for one of the rooms. Linens were clean. Tata Sky accounts not activated. So, though there are TVs, its of no use.

I am giving only 1 star because I can't give any lesser than that. This whole hotel is built over a drainage. All the rooms reek of the drainage and A/C just amplifies the odour. There is no space for car parking as we have to park on the road. Too many mosquitoes and they give 1 thin transparent bedsheet in place of a rug. There are mosquitoes and ants in the room. You can book this if you want to experience living in a slum or even worse than that. The photos shown are carefully edited with graphics. The AC vent for water opens in the bathroom. The basin doesnt have a drain. So if you brush or wash your hands in the basin it will end up on your feet. Also there is no garuntee of running water. Also not to forget they run an illegal Bar downstairs.
