RSR Residency

The hospitality is excellent, and the food is incredibly delicious. There's a dedicated parking area, and the location is very convenient, being close to the railway station, bus stop, and local market. Overall, everything is well-managed. It's a great place for both families and business travelers.

It was a decent hotel with comfortable stay and in a prime location within walking distance from the RSR Residency. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service. The food was excellent, and the behaviour of the restaurant staff was extremely warm.

This residency is really ideal for family The hotel standards and services are at par to a 3 star hotel at Bangalore.Neat and hygiene. Food is awesome. Staffs are so polite.fantastic stay for 3 days for my family .

I was stayed RSR Residency for past two years stay was amazing . Rooms are well cleaned and maintained properly.Food also very tasty and hygiene... Staffs are very polite and friendly.. it's feel like home.. car parking facilities also available..

Though the location is good, the rooms are very bad. When we checked-in the linen was not replaced, it was used by the previous guest and they had just spread it tightly to appear as if it was replaced. We could see few hair strands on the pillow covers and light stains on the bedsheet. The walls damp and paint was peeling out and falling. in the toilet, you could see the wall tiles fallen off and the pipe fittings are highly stained and rusted. Not worth the money... Though the breakfast is ok, but not up to the mark. Tea/coffee is served in disposable paper cups, and water is served in paper cups...

This hotel is just 300 m from Sivakasi Bus Stand. They have 24X7 check in / check out which is good for those who are reaching at odd hours. The rooms are Ok. Like other complain, some tiles are broken, the instant water heater works sporadically. However the beds are clean and they supplied enough linens and toiletries. The foldable mattress for the third person is Ok but there is no cot for the additional bed. AC was working fine. The rooms are not having enough sound barrier though. Breakfast buffet is traditional South Indian food including Uthappam, Idly, Pongal, Rava Kesari, Medhu Vada and all were delicious. They have some car parking spaces as well. Overall this hotel is ok to stay for short stays.

Check in and Check out time is random not properly stick to the rule which not good for customer. Manger Raja is very rude person laundry charges are very very expensive. One small clothes charges Rs50/- which unjustified pricing. Room are very worst in condition specially toilet.

Last checked, I didn't get vacancy due to peak summer season (I think) but coincides with my family kula deivam temple annual festival. I didn't check in so can't review yet.
