Hotel Silver Palace

One of the useless hotel I have ever seen. Collecting room rent in advance and a glass of water is not even serviced. Useless reception. Goid for nothing. We have to get drinking water from outside. No towels, soaps etc us supplied here. Useless service. I never ever recommend this useless hotel to any one.

My bad experience at the hotel. Before checking they will not provide you towel complementary soap or drinking water. Before checking all things to be perfect. They will not say correct amount to pay. After paid while check out there will be 14 rs for that they will force us to buy waterbottle in the morning. The receptionist was showing the attitude to the customer.

If a family of 4 people with 2 kids come, the hotel management argues that one kid is above 12 years and asks for additional charges during check out. This was not informed while booking. This was not informed while checking in but management creates rockers while checking out. One of the worst places our guests have experienced.

The hotel and rooms are okay. Corridors are not up to the level of maintenance. Only one room is there to service. The hotel is OK with not availing of another hotel. Parking is OK.

There is very good all facilities and vry gud service and gud quality of food I recommend this hotel to everyone for going this hotel there is gud staff and gud oll waiter and there discount on some foods ( and oll foods and fruits are freshed thank you

I am staying this lodge 2018 but front office person very rude he is doing punishment like he guest has to fill all the details at 10.30 pm. Don't stay here.

Feel safely like a home. the hotel,Just 350 meters away from the Salem bus stand. If you familiy definitely book it here
